woo hoo ! some news ! Excellent !!! Now drop it in the post, la.

I like prepaid priority usps mail, purchase online, print at home. tracking is free and so is delivery confirmation.

I am so excited. Supervisor Bob called me back while I was on hold to NVC. Nice man.

Darnell word for word I read your script and he said "okay send in all you have with your letter. We must have DS-230". I have that praise God.

He said "you probably will get a checklist but it will say to bring to interview. But do your best to send the BC and PC if you can. I so feel for you mame."

So I am set and this will get mailed off tomorrow. I am just thrilled. Progress.

Thank you Darnell you are an arrogant obnoxious a-hole that no one listens to.... (F)(L):innocent:

I will keep you posted.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Called NVC (603)334-0700 and they told me they don't the case number yet.

Is this the correct process at NVC? Am I missing any steps?

1. Call NVC (603)334-0700 to ask for NVC case number, Invoice identification number, and give the email addresses of the beneficiary and petitioner.

2. Email the DS-3032 (from the beneficiary's email address).

3. Pay AOS $88 bill.

4. Pay IV $230 bill.

5. Send AOS package.

6. Send IV package.

10/30/2012 - Sent I-130

So, am I understanding correctly that there is no longer an automated system available 24/7 and live operators stop taking calls at midnight eastern time? All I get is a busy signal....

hi happy new year to all of you! still waiting for interview sched while waiting for the result of my sputum culture this feb.

how are you guys doing? i was wondering if any of you received the nvc notice yesterday january 3. well i didnt received it personally but it was sent to my husband's email (he's the usc) anyway the subject is nvc notification and the letter itself was addressed to my husband but the body of the letter has my name. like "dear (my name)" its regarding the i-601a something like that. that starting march 4. I know its just a notice but it got me confused since it was just sent to my husband's email and not mine but it has the "dear" part with my name. Are you guys familiar with this?

Hi everyone!

Just dropping by to say thank you to our very helpful thread leaders and advisers, Saylin, Ryan H, Darnell ( I hope I didn't miss anyone...if I did, you may headbonk.gif me lol)

I was an Oct-Nov NVC filer and joining the thread really helped us a lot through the NVC stage! Posts 1 and 2 are the bomb! We went through NVC steadily and smoothly. We did not rush anything at all.

Had my interview this morning and was approved! No other documents were requested. Making sure that all required documents are sent during the NVC stage really helps.

Hoping and praying everybody waiting also goes through a smooth one.

Special shout out to Dwheels! You're almost there!

Again, thank you!

Thanks that brings me to my next question...our joint sponsor does file jointly with her husband however his income is not needed(she makes more than enough)...can we just use her as a sponsor or does he HAVE to also fill and sign an I-864?

Its the same for me, I'm the USC, my wife didn't get an email. I did get two emails. No worries, Darnell says its NVC spamming all recent 130 approvals (something new). I'm guessing the email goes to the petitioner. If it doesn't apply to your case you can ignore it.

Yeah, I was thinking it may be delayed due to the holidays. Glad you found that thread and that person from Paris to confirm it though. I guess all you can do is wait at this point.

The DOS say we are in AP, and then when I asked about the AP they told me that the AP automatically starts right after the interview ends.

Saylin, is this true?

I'm not too sure to be honest. I'm heading out to work in a minute and don't really have time to look at the form.

The DOS say we are in AP, and then when I asked about the AP they told me that the AP automatically starts right after the interview ends.

Saylin, is this true?

If you're in AP, then yes, you're put into it after the interview. Did the DOS say why you were put into AP? Hopefully it doesn't take long regardless...
