Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) - the best in the world, if you ask me. I give it a 10.

Lovers don't finally meet somewhere.
They're in each other all along.”

After reading everyone's, I couldn't resist and I'll add a few that are fresh in my mind.

RBA Rabat, Morocco 10 because it's newly remodeled and so modern now; cozy and quick to the point. (where I see my sweet husband)

CMA Casablanca, Morocco 10 nice and modern too. But a lot bigger and a bit farther from where I'm at.

TPA Tampa, Florida 10 nice and never congested; very easy to get in and out.

CDG Charles De Gaulle 5 too big, too congested and true about not being too friendly to non-French speakers like myself; not convenient for connecting flights either (I missed my flight to Morocco & was stuck at the airport for another 6 hours)

LAX Los Angeles, CA 1.5 because it's an embarrassment (my hometown)considering it's supposed to be a major city and they cannot get their act together in terms of adequate funding for remodeling. It is outdated, too congested, and the restrooms are yucky! But I still gave it some rating because I still love LA!

Now you have my 2 cents and thanks everyone for posting on the Visa Journey website. Reading everyone's posts has kept me occupied and my waiting to be with my hubby just a little bit better.

Wishing everyone a bright 2013. I know it'll will be awesome because it will be our year to be with our loved ones. (L)

MEL - Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (Melbourne, VIC, Aus), 8 Good food courts, easy to navigate)

SYD - Sydney International Airport (Sydney, NSW, Aus), 7 Usually just transiting. bathrooms are nice. Had issues in 2009 with only one runway open and HUGE delays

LAX - Los Angelas (Los Angelas, CA, USA), 7. Almost 6. Sucked the first time. VERY confusing, huge immigration lines. It's getting better

ORD - Chicago O'Hare (Chicago, IL, USA), 8 Never had any trouble

MLI - Moline International Airport (Moline, IL, USA), 9 Only missed out on a 10 because of winter delays, great priced parking, car hires right near the baggage claim.

IAH - George Bush (Houston, TX, USA) 10. Never had a problem. Really easy to navigate.

I've been to a few others but the above was my typical path to the US. I went to KL in Malaysia once, that was awful because it wasn't 24 hours. After the long flight I had I was hungry so that sucked. I don't remember much of Heathrow, London. Never made any sort of impression.

EDDF or FRA -- Frankfurt International Airport, Frankfurt, Germany

Typical German Efficiency,, but why do ou have to leave a secure area and go thru security again when going from Terminal A to Terminal B?

Reason is leaving Terminal 1 going to Terminal 2 you leave the secure area (you actually leave the airport)and must be re-screened to enter the secure area in terminal 2

IST- Istanbul Ataturk Airport or TAV Rate:9

Big, clean, organized, never had a problem. Lots of flight options, good onboard service. Good service to get to town. Metro/subway connected right to it that takes you really far. But the turkish girls working there will be so snotty to foreign girls(pretty typical though). Rate: 9

GNY- Sanliurfa Airport. Rate: 8

TEENY TINY, Empty, no flight times, doesnt fly anywhere except Istanbul or Ankara. But what to expect, belongs to a tiny town near syria. They did the best they could. Rate:8

Prague International Airport: RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. In and out of the airport everyone is soooo rude and cold! There are foreigners working there though that are nice! And its clean

Munich international airport: Heard about german people ways..never experienced it til I came to this airport. Really strict, rude, cold and act like they know everything :( Extra Extra security if flying to America and connecting a flight there. No problem with that though. Not a very friendly experience though. Rate:7

Reason is leaving Terminal 1 going to Terminal 2 you leave the secure area (you actually leave the airport)and must be re-screened to enter the secure area in terminal 2

Actually you cross a yellow line that states you are leaving the secure area and then walk no more than 100 Meters to the security screening to get from Concourse B to Concourse C (Terminal 1 to Terminal 2). Why can't they have a way to get there without exiting the secure area? At least it is not as bad as Heathrow where they have some secuiry areas before check-in so you can miss your check-in going thru security as they let everyone through.

LHR--London Heathrow, they cancel flights when two snow flakes get together--rating 5.6

DAC---Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, Bangladesh; 6. Very disorganized, and airport officials put forth a lot of arbitrary BS. Non-South Asian nationals get preferential treatment though.
