I understand your pain.. we filed in November on the 30th and still haven't heard anything from csc.. this process is depressing especially when it feels like both ig our lives are on hold and the most we want in life is to be with eachother :(

You have been waiting a long time. Have you raised a service request with the call center to see what the hold up is?

Your taxes have nothing to do with this.

Taxes fund our government agencies, so when you have been paying into those agencies and nothing is working as it should its frustrating.

What does paying taxes have to do with this?

Uh..everything if your tax dollars are paying the salaries at USCIS. And they are not doing their job up to the nationwide standard (5 MONTHS!!) Try to be supportive.

USCIS is not funded by taxes.

Dont be so naive..its a govt. agency. Of course some % is paid for by the tax payers. The point of the post is. He/she pays taxes, and doesnt feel they are getting their money's worth as a tax payer. I dont either quite frankly. And i dont even live in the US but still pay a boatload of taxes every year. So do you think its fair to pay all the taxes for the luxuries of living in the states, and not receiving anything in return? IJS

There is no need to be rude. You are wrong. Read the link, it is funded by the fees we pay.

Take your bad attitude somewhere else.
