01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

you applied for a little different visa and you are married so I understand it must be even tougher... we were just unlucky to be those forgotten about January filers...

For months, the VCS was running at about 140 days. Just as my wait reached 135 days, VCS times jumped to 150. Now it has jumped to 160+. I am a disappointed tax payer. Signed Powerless

You have every right to be upset and wanting to vent! I saw that VSC has started approving some applications according to vj. There were 8 ppl approved on July 11th and 6 ppl approved July 12th. I hope those numbers keep improving! I wish you guys the best and hope you get your NOA2 quickly!!!!! Good luck!

142 Days here. I understand the frustration. The wait was not that bad at first, I'd say the first 3 months after filing. Then anticipation hits and you know you are getting close. My first timeline adjudicated date was supposed to be today. I know it is only an average of just what is on VJ but still... It gave you something to look forward to, now that date is August 6!!! Bummer :(

November 19, 2010 - Met for the first time on first trip to JA

February 2011 - Second trip to JA

May 2011 - Third trip to JA

February 10, 2012 - Engaged on Fourth trip to JA

February 13, 2012 – I-129F Mailed: VSC

February 22, 2012 – NOA1

August 10, 2012 – NOA2

August 17, 2012 - NVC received

August 23, 2012 - Jamaican Consulate received

I understand your pain.. we filed in November on the 30th and still haven't heard anything from csc.. this process is depressing especially when it feels like both ig our lives are on hold and the most we want in life is to be with eachother :(
