Maybe it's time to apply for citizenship...

10/07/2007 Entered the US on J-1 visa

11/03/2008 Changed status to F-1

02/14/2010 Married

03/15/2010 Filed AOS (from F-1)

05/27/2010 AOS approved, GC Issued

02/28/2012 Mailed I-751 (Removal of Conditions)

03/01/2012 I-751 received by CSC/NOA Issued

03/15/2012 Biometrics letter sent

04/12/2012 Biometrics appointment per letter

05/27/2012 GC expires

Yeah but they still have to make a decision on his ROC prior to even making a decision on the N-400.

And technically there is no time limit on the ROC part so if they want they can extend this FOREVER if they want.

I'm in the same case, except my ROC is 10 months in and counting. I've done my N-400 Bio and hope this will push them to make a decision.

hmmm i would not spend 700$ until they dont say yes or no!! it is a good advice but right now.....

We have been waiting since March 1st interview. I called the hotline and they said all they could tell me is that my case had been assigned to an officer. (Hence the interview). I think the 1-800 number is pointless. Our case is probably sitting on someone's desk with a bunch of other cases stacked on top.

the questions were:where did i broke my ankle, how happened, which hospital i went for the surgeries ,do i have middle initial,when we got merried,why we lived in chicago for 6 months,what is the name of the hospital we went ,,when we met first time,are u gonna devorce,how many ties we went to chicago!!

do u know how long gonna take to get that letter with the decision.

Okay that's interesting. How did you pay for the surgeries? Did you have health insurance or did you use Medicaid? I'm wondering whether this is a public charge type situation...

hii!!the company insurnce payed for it and after 3-4 months i got letter from my ex boss lawyer asking me to reemburse the ammount that was paid !!hahah typical red neck sh<<<< u know!!
