January 12 - I-130 & I-485 Delivered

January 24 - Both checks cashed

January 26 - Both NoAs received

February 9 - Biometrics letter received

February 17 - Biometrics appointment

January 18 - Green Card Ordered (No Interview)

January 22 - Green Card Mailed

I can not believe your very "UNIQUE" situation. I guess IOs can not make their minds at the Boston ofice.

When you go there on June, 05; Could you ask them "What they want from you?".

I totally agree with you and Darnell suggestion. goce delcev, this time around you need to go in with an Immigration lawyer who has already upto speed with your case. Unfortunately, you cant ask an Immigration officer (IO) What do you want from me? But you can have a lawyer answer and ask questions and help you get out of the hole the previous IO put you into. I hope this time around you will have a different IO and a better experience. Best of luck!

goce delcev can you please share with us your timeline, being married for 6 years and just applying for ROC...something is not adding up? good luck on your interview!

Actually goce delcev already had TWO interviews (and another coming up) and the ROC application has been if I'm correct, 2 years now?

Just another USCIS "at work" case.

Well, that's a relief. IF FOR NO OTHER REASON, now you will have a witness to any new silliness, and if any new silliness exists, he can be deposed and a copy of the deposition filed with the Inspector General's office.

I'm hoping, also, that an attorney's presence will STOP the silliness presented to yer wife at the last interview session.
