I am going to go over there to find out the truth if it is true I could always cancel her part of the trip back. I want to make sure until jumping to conclusions. Yes I know people do get jealous sometimes but these pics are real and not photoshop. Thanks for all yall advice but I need to make sure and don't want the what ifs. If it is true then I get a vacation out of it and she can stay over there and be poor all her life.

yes

I don't think it's that simple.

Let's suppose she was out having coffee with a cousin or another relative who came from outta town, and OP's cousin happened to pass by and misunderstood the situation, snapped a pic and accuse her of cheating.

It all depends on how incriminating the picture(s) is.

I will not pass judgement until I get all the facts straighten out. I am trying to get all my bearings straighten right now. I am still in shock right now. Thank you for the caring words. And yes the pictures are really incriminating they are liplocking at a cafe in HCMC.

Did you notice any changes in behavior with her before/after she started this cheating?

I notice the change of behavior right after she move to HCMC to go to school she started to become more distance from me but I didn't think of anything about it because she is my wife. She is from a small town in the mekong delta.

I was just talking with my wife about this. She also suggested that the pics might have been photoshopped, but I told her that you had concluded they were not. I asked my wife if it was possible she was just saying goodbye to an old friend (maybe one who had been very close). My wife said absolutely not. Friends, no matter how close, do not get that intimate in public in Vietnam. Even most genuine couples don't go beyond holding hands or embracing briefly. My step-daughter (who is 19) agreed. She said if they were kissing in a cafe then they're doing a helluva lot more when they're in private.

One of the problems with going to Vietnam with the photos is that she's going to deny them, or say her cousin has a vendetta and the photos are either altered or being misconstrued. In other words, she'll probably lie. My wife suggested you might consider evidence from an unbiased third party such as a private detective. There are hundreds of such detective agencies on the internet, but don't hire them over the internet. Many will take your money and then not lift a finger to investigate anything. You can contact them via their website, but don't hire them until you meet them in person in Vietnam.

Remember that you can withdraw the petition and pull the affidavit of support before she comes to the US, and that will cancel her visa. Don't let her catch wind of this. Once she gets on the plane then there's not much you can do.

You have pictures of your wife lip locking with another man at a cafe. It's crystal clear to me that the love was only one sided.Love is not just in the things you say ,it's in the things you do. Best to throw this fish back into the sea and look for love elsewhere. Protect yourself regarding Immigration matters before she gets here.Good luck.

even if this is true i say let it be. if you really care for her ignore all that. I mean she is about to leave vietnam permanently and be with you and then you can shower her with love. I don't know how young or impressionable the young lady is but if she is from small village and she moved to busy area its easy for these things to happen. I mean you are not there every day... once she comes over here you will be there for her. worse case she will leave you when she comes but if you love her isn't it worth a try?? once she is here you can really make a proper effort to save your marriage.

Ignore a cheater just because she's about to leave her country? If she cheats now she will cheat here. Just because he isn't there isn't an excuse for cheating, it shows a weak personality that him not being there meant she "had" to cheat.
