I wasn't sure where to post this... so I posted under the type of Visa we were applying for. Admin can move if needed. Sorry.. This relationship has been the fairy tale and nightmare all in one. I now believe that the nightmare began, cause it was all #######. I can't believe I am writing this. I can't believe what I have been through for this man.. and now to find an email to another woman. That he was fired from yet another job.. so now he was going to give America a try. I fought so hard for this marriage.. I loved him so much. How blind!!! Apparently my husband appears to be an international .. gig·o·los ... definition - 1. A man who has a continuing sexual relationship with and receives financial support from a woman. Unbelieveable!! The chats.. the web cams.. the emails.. the naked photos.. the missing of every woman he came in contact with... never stopped. We were newly weds.. yes going through immigration. So of course we didn't have the ideal wedding cause of course he was being deported.. (don't jump on that!) Cause there is a long story about it.. and looking back now.. I was so in love and stupid.

I just found all of this.. I knew in my gut.. something was wrong. But we think.. nooooo... can't be. Thats just crazy thinking. NOPE. Wrong again.

We got all the way to the interview.. and WOW.. did the bones start flying out of the closet. Criminal, domestic, burglery.. unbelieveable. I hung in there. Thinking.. well we will get through. But when I found that he was chatting with other women, telling them that he missed them.. kisses.. naked photos.. emails.. chat sites.. Before during and after. I am still in shock. All because of faith and trust. The starting of such a wonderful fairy tale and turned into investing retirement, plane tickets, jeopordizing my career, spending money to support him, cutting corners to be able to send him money, all this.. and having a NOW 4 month old child.. god bless my soul.

I am bitter.. yes I am! I believe this is fraud. NOW.. I truly believe that. And Now I have sent an email to the consulate asking for them to stop the process, and how to get my originals back.. and I want to know how to proceed with legal avenues. DO I? or Dont I? That's the question. enough said for now. What do you think?

Wow I remember one of your threads when you were so worried and outraged for him becausenhe was supposedly homeless....I'm sorry you're going through this now.

Yes that is exactly right... That was me. I am still numb to it.. the shock hasn't wore off yet. I am sure the pain will set in. Especially everytime I look at our daughter.. who looks just like him. The bad thing is.. I have all the screen shots, and proof of it. I just can't get the imagies out of my head.

You should withdraw your petition (I-130) and the I-865 Affidavit of Support.

Contact the embassy directly to learn what process you must use to withdraw these documents.

(Just an FYI) Looking through the Adjudicator's Field Manual it does mention that this would raise a fraud flag if you were to subsequently petition for the same person again.

And it sounds like you would want to begin divorce proceedings.

I-864 (sorry, small typo)

The one thing that bothered me, him being homeless in Belgium, was just a shorter tip on a sideways iceberg..

If one is 'wired in' to the system in Belgium, is d@mn near impossible to remain homeless . Almost everyone is wired in.

I pray you know some peace, soon.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Oh I am sure.. I can assure you.. that no matter how much I love him. No matter how much I want to believe him. Even if for nothing more then our daughter.. who deserves better. I will NEVER petition for him again. He will never change.. this is him. No matter how much he denys.. denys.. denys.. cause you know.. Baby I love you.. #######. I deserve better. That hurts to say.. cause he was it for me. That really hurts! :crying: cause I gave everything I had.. my god. Fought for.. made excuses for... justified.. Its over.. now the pain sets in.
