I guess all i can do now is wait. Hope i'll get the bio appointment soon so i can finally move on to the next step. It's horrible to wait for something we don't know when it's coming. I feel i'm hanging up in the air.

Sent in my Wife's AOS today. Now the wait begins but her social security card came very fast. We submitted the paperwork Monday and it came in the mail today.........I am very impressed.

Hi there,

The petitioner does not need to fill out another G325A. You, as the k1 visa holder, fill out another one because your information has changed, and you probably have a social security number by now and and A -number as well.

You need all 4 pages of the G325A

you need all necessary financial information you can provide. Bank balance/statement, pay stubs, tax returns for 3 years. This supports your petitioner's affidavit.

Hi. What is an A number? And where can I find it? We have I-94 nunumber which is called an "A"dmission number. Is this also the A number?

Also we don't have her Social security number yet. Is thata problem. My fiance doesn't drive or work or have her own bank account yet. So, we saw no need for a social security number just yet.

Thank you very much for the information. It makes me feel better to know some information. We sent the I-130 around February so I will just prepare and

send the I-130 package.

We just have to look for some doctor to do her immunization.

When we got the interview letter it said to bring the medical with us. however every person i have read here has sent theirs with the i130 and i485, including us. so i'd suggest doing the same.

AOS case transferred to CSC per NOA we received last week. Now the big wait begins. Anyone been approved lately from CSC? They are like major backlogged last I knew.
