We (our family) are asking for prayers.....about three years ago my little sister that is 14 at this time started suffering from high blood pressure after all the testing they could find no medical reason for it......in Nov of last year she started having seizures they decided they are not epileptic but possibly because of ocular migraines this girl is highly intelligent always a honor student and a track star at age 12 she was running the 100 meter at 9.8 she has a bright future.....today she goes to the hospital for three to five days for them to do even more testing to find out what is going on and how to correct it or at least find medication that will give her....her life back she has really not attended school since the end of Nov the seizures at times are on and off for days at a time the medication they gave her made her sleep all the time and the seizures would still occur even when sleeping.....

at times after a seizure she does not know who we are we fear that someday maybe she will never remember us but so far that seems to last only a short while then its over..

In the last few weeks her seizure have not been so bad and her medication has been cut back so that she is at least awake for the bigger part of the day.....

She is a good girl does not do drugs, drink or smoke

Please pray for her she really needs help in finding out the problem her life has stopped as she knew it

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

I hope they have done an MRI, tested for toxic levels of certain vitamins, heavy metal poisoning to name a few. My thoughts are with you and your sister!

i dont think she has been tested for toxic poisonings (i will ask today) but has been tested for drug usage, mri, ct, fluid from the spine pretty much everything so today they are taking all of the seizure meds away to see what happens....its hard to watch her in seizure but i realize its suppose to tell them what is making all these problems.........im more concerned over them taking away the b/p meds
