Audy is correct - if they're returning your passports, this may signify that they intend to deny your application.

Huh??? THEY have just APPROVED my visa!!!

UPDATE:

I got my visa today! Still can't believe that the consulate granted it without asking me further documentation/proof. God is great!!!

Congratulations!

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Many thanks to all well-wishers!

To 'Islapaz': You would't want to know but in celebrating I accidentally spilled a glass of wine on my puter. Sheeesh!

Hey ! Congratulations ! That's the bestest news, ever !

What are you cooking, to celebrate?

Go easy on the wine, drink it at least 3 meters away from the computer desk...

Yay !!! Congratulations !!!

What did yer USCitizen fiance have to say, when you gave him this news? :D

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yep Darnell, the bestest (what a cute word indeed) news ever.

I did not cook any. I was too busy wrapping, and packing and throwing stuff away.I got a whole apartment to empty before the end of the month.

As for the wine thanks for the advice, but I'm a hard headed moron y'know! I've already drowned to death another laptop a year ago because of that ugly habit of resting my wineglass on my comp table. This time though, I managed to salvage it by following the instructions of the technician.

My fiancé? Oh he whined like a baby as I did not wake him up to break the good news. He saw it on his Facebook wall and he did not like the idea. Poor darling, he kept on waking up during the night to check his phone.

Again, thanks a lot.

I guess so! But I was more than eager to send the CO the certificate and affidavit that have costed me yet again another 50 euros. After my sad experience on my second interview, I went right the next day after arriving from Naples to the Phil. con. gen.and obtained those documents above to be ready to be mailed in case I'd be asked by the CO.

Yeah, it's wonderful news. Thank you.
