I hope you guys have had a chance to sleep! You've done an awesome job getting us back up and running, with lots of additional perks. Thanks so much.

Yesterday when I was on I posted and edited a couple of posts. I found that when I backspaced to my list of most recent posts, I got stuck and couldn't get back to that screen.

In the old forum we could see if a member was green/online or red/offline.

Is there a way to do it now?

In a thread, if a member has posted, at the bottom of their ID section of the post there's an ON/OFF button that indicates their online/offline status. Also, I noticed that at the base of the thread where it shows all of the members viewing it, if one is posting their name goes into italics while they are composing the post.

I had mentioned this in a thread before the move so its not only relevent to this new board but an ongoing bug. When the field Return Completed DS-3032 : is filled in when editing timeline it does not show up in the actual timeline. The field is blank there. Not an urgent fix but puting it here while I was thinking about it.

I tried updating my timeline to put in our biometrics appointment date and the auto-calendar skipped right over Feb 2006 and went to March. I hit the back arrow in the calendar and was able to select Feb 2006, but the date it input was still March.

I just wound up typing in the dates in the format needed.

I miss the little 'up' arrows that were in the bottom right corner of a post--they hyperlinked to the top of the page.

Save that scrolling finger for more important duties

It's pretty exasperating to search the Old Forum(2), and yet, at this time, since this forum is so new and lacking in much content, I find I'm having to do that a lot. Is there any way that as a temporary measure, you could expand the Search feature at the top left hand corner of each page of the new forum to include a box below that says search Archived posts and have that only perform a search in Forum2?

Is there a way that the default for a member's PM box can be placed under My Controls and set to save a copy of all sent PMs? That way the box that asks if one wishes a copy to be saved in sent PMs would either not appear or could be ticked if you don't wish to? Right now it is the other way round, and I only realise I failed to tick the box when I've sent the PM and it has evaporated into the ether?

Not that this is really important, but there has to be a misplaced decimal point somewhere in the Member ID page. Just looking at mine for example, it says:

Total Cumulative Posts 2896

( 7.9 posts per day / 44.41% of total forum posts ) 44% ~ that can't be! That would mean that there are only 6,600 posts total.

Unless I recount stats (would change everyones little pips to zero) then that % will not be fixed. You have posted 2896 times and there are about 6k new posts on the new forums. I dunno how to fix this one... I will get to it later.

Also, I added a few options to the My Assistant Tool. Some regularly used VJ tools. If you can think of others let me know .

You must have been viewing the old site at the time when you clicked it (forums2) and not the new. My only explanation.

Nope. I find the My Assistant hiccup often. It's inconsistent.
