Embassy Review : I am so diguested with Casablanca right now. They have been sitting on my K1 packet since the end of September. I have sent them 2 emails and only received a response (Q&A). They still have not addressed either of my emails with any status info. As a matter of fact based on the Q&A they did send they have pasted all of their time frames. I had to get my senator's office involved. They committed the Casablanca is one of the worst consulate for it being so small. Why would I be surprised by that comment, anyways based on the feedback my FI will have his interview in January. I am very sad because we thought he would be here for my birthday, xmas and NY.
Rating : Very Poor

Local US CIS Office Review: Baltimore MD

Event Description
Review Date : September 27, 2006
Embassy Review : We had our interview yesterday. I was at 1pm and we were out by 1:45. We had a nice genltemen. He had us take the oath then proceeded to ask us questions. They were:

What is your husband's mother and father's name?
What is your wife's name?
Do you have any kids?
How old is your wife's son?
How many people live in your house?
How did we meet?
When did I decided to marry my husband?
How is your marriage?
I think that was it.

He looked thru a few pictures and asked for an original document for support and took our few bills and bank statements that had our names on it. He said that he would recommend our case for approval and that it had to go infront of a board. That was it.

Very nice interview the only comment I have is he did not give us any time frame nor did he say anything about removing conditions. I contribute this to him being new.
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
