The super-enhanced "My Assistant" appears to have reverted to the old form. Was this intentional? I was really liking the new version.

I still get the new version. How did you get the old one??

Btw, I like the new buttons of the new assistant, it's just the fact that it depends on the browser window that bugs me.

Can no longer view more than 10 records when looking at the timelines. It used to have a 'number of records' button so that we could view say 100 per page.

Can someone help me with my email settings? When I sign in I get this...

"Welcome to your control panel

Change your registered email address

Your current email address: 15785-*************@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: You will have to re-activate your account after changing your email address.

An email will be sent to the email address you specify below, outlining what you need to do.

Proceeding with this action will log you out. It is strongly recommended that you reset your password before changing your email address if you are unable to remember your password."

So then I am prompted to type in my new email address. I type in my email address minus the 15785 that this site tacked on after the crash. Then I get this....

"Board Message

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Help? It has to be in use by me....looking at the old info from the old forum is my guess. How can I get that old info deleted and my address to be what it should without creating a new account and user name etc?

Thanks for your help.

Took me by surprise when I logged in this morning, but getting used to it now and think it's good, many thanks for you hard work, just made a mess of all my little flags and pictures for some reason

I am another one of those people who LOVE LOVE LOVE the "active topics" button -- looking forward to seeing it back. :)

Thanks for all your hard work Capt'n!!

Edit to add: I've been using the "View New Posts" button and it seems to give me the same action as the active topics button, so I guess that's the answer??? :)

We understand Captain E that you have a lot jobs on your 'to do list'.

When you get a chance could you try and fix the guides, particularly

'Getting a K1 visa' and the 'K1 Flowchart'.

The advice contained in them has been invaluable to us over the last few

weeks, and as we are just about to send off our initial application to the

service center we would like to double check that we have completed

everything to the required standard.

Thanks for your help.

What's with My Assistant? Sometimes I get the New, Super Efficient, Enhanced sweet little thing that brings everything I need with her, and then sometimes, the Old Hag with not much to offer shows up. Is it just me?
