Timeline

I called them Again yesterday and opened up a service request because my cases are now over 6 months from the day i USCIS recieved my files. One more week for Official Notice of action Date, which is Nov 5. The NOA1 states they recieved my file on Oct 28 , 2008 but the Notice date is Nov 5. What ever the case is , they opened up a service request yesterday. TOday , this is what i get in my email

That means i was given wrong information yesterday. My petition is still at CSC. However, I have not heard about my Spouse's case. Thought i should share.

Now what do I do? i called CSC yesterday and the Person was no help at all.

NOA1 recieved NOV 8, 2008

Approval: approval email "Approval Notice Sent on July 6." Hard copy recieved on July 11

Hehe.. sorry.. I've been a little sick with headaches. My parents think its probably stress because of the paperwork but who knows. I'm also trying to not get as often on VJ. Since i cant check my case online, it makes me sad to see that everyone is getting touches and we dont and we dont know anything about it. But Im here.. hanging in there!!!! How are you BTW?

Wrapping things up at work, suppose to be on way to airport for flight to Paris, but we all know how tht turned out. So think on way home will pick up a few things at market and a pint of Ben & Jerrys Karmel Sultra, Need it badly.

Nice to see so many people getting touches. Wish I could say the same about my case. Still not a thing since 03/19.....

Really hope that it's just not being updated on the system.

I realize it's still early to let it bother me, but when you see so many others, getting touches, gets you kinda down.

Did you know sdw, folks get approved with NO touches of any kind? Yes they do. From your time line, your case should be on a desk very soon!!!
