Approved (April filing CSC)

WaaaaHoooo!! Have been checking Igor's list every hour for the past three weeks! In the last two weeks we just moved from number 109 to number 82. I thought that at this pace it will take another two months before we are approved. I was even further pessemistic because CSC hasn't updated their Processing Times page since July 15. I was thinking, they are so far behind that they can't even update the page that shows how far behind they are!

Yesterday morning at 9:30AM I checked my status online at USCIS and saw we had been touched.

At 4:00PM I received the email: Application Approved!

By the way, I found the email in my Spam folder and almost deleted it, it was from "CRIS" .... and I thought, "I don't know any CRIS" ..... Then I noticed the title on the email was "Case Status Information" so I opened it. So, if you are expecting your approval soon, be sure to check your Spam folder often also.

I129F sent: April 18, 2008

NOA1: April 21, 2008

NOA2: August 27, 2008

Honey ..... you can start packing now !!!

Wishing the best of luck to everybody.

congradulations larry.

what is igors list???

http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx igors list downloads all the timelines of vj within certain timeframes and process points and arranges them into lists of each service center, visa type (k1 or k3) and approved or waiting. its updates hourly and also when the uscis update their processing times.
