If you stayed less than a year total then you had no ban. However as mentioned, another tourist visa will ask about the overstay.

my stay was of 6 months (the time that migration  gave to stay in My formI194) after that I stayed illegal for 11 months less than a year

And you expect to get another visa?

Why do you tell people good luck who obviously don't deserve it?

even without knowing the reasons why I stayed

i will tell you

I deserve the penalty of the overstay  for that there is a law that punishes but if I comply with the penalty then if I deserve another visa as long as the law allows it.

So good luck for me

What country are you from? What was the reason you overstayed? Did you do other things while you were here, like work illegally, during your overstay?

Some countries may be more forgiving of an overstay than others, and whether or not you had other issues.

You are asking for help but you are not letting us help you by giving us the answers to the questions.

“Deserve”is never a term that works for visas, for the US or anywhere else. They are a privilege, not a right. Abusing a privilege makes it less likely to be granted in future.

I say i deserve the penalty  of overstay  (was wrong)

I dont say i deserve a New visa .
