Hi has anyone gone through this before?

We had out interview on the 5th of Nov, recieved a 221g form because they had not recieved medical results- since then the day after it was at AP but then by Friday had changed to ready. Now it has been stuck at ready since then, The thing is every day the 'status check' is checked daily? What does this mean, does it mean they are looking at it but not changing the status? Anyone know.

They would have had the medical results the day after the interview, they also kept my husbands passport.

My fiance had an appt on Nov 1st and received the same paper due to an foreign divorce decree. By Nov 8th the decided it was ok and asked him to come back in on Nov. 12 and surrender his and his son's passport. I've check CEAC everyday and it just says "ready". I think at our embassy they don't update it all the time. One person I've spoken with said they call the DOS every day to check. :) You could try that.

My status has been at ready for awhile. I already had my interview (2 January) but due to missing affidavit of support that was NOT submitted by our immigration lawyer, we had to send that after the interview.

Tracking of package - consulate has received as of 8 January, but status on CEAC website still says "Ready". I imagine it will take a few days for them to consider the documents before anything changes on CEAC website.

The waiting is so hard, but this is by far the shortest wait we'll have since the beginning of this process!
