USCIS could also schedule a 2nd Interview -> Stokes Interview which you both should be very well-prepared for.
You could use the search feature on VJ here to find out more about other people experiences.

Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe you will just get an approval notice instead!

This information is correct. It does not matter if the previous K1 filings were "complete"

It should not be a problem but make sure your current fiancee is aware of what happened because she may be presented with this information at the interview stage and it may prompt scrutiny that could (or not) affect the outcome.

Since you seem to have moved on quickly, as a personal suggestion, please really consider if a K1 is the next step. A person will be moving from another country for you. In some cases, that person that will come with a K1 will leave everything behind. If you are convinced this is the right path for you, by all means, go for it. It does seem a bit precipitate.

Actually, we agree on almost nothing, sorry.

She needs to contact USCIS at the Consulate, not American Citizen Services (ACS).  ACS has no authority to provide services to non-US citizens except notarial services.

IF she were an LPR, it would be the visa unit that would provide a travel document if her travel document (green card) were lost.  However, she is NOT an LPR and it was NOT a travel document (green card) that was lost.  An EAD is not a travel document and cannot be replaced overseas. The Consular section at the Consulate -- neither ACS nor the visa units -- does not have the ability or authority to assist this person.  If there is any assistance, such as verification of her EAD status, it must come from USCIS.

The reason I am still engaging with you on this is to ensure that others who may face something similar have correct information on where they might seek assistance.

Well, did you not read his previous posts?

His asawa had assured him that whatever happened, they were going to make it work, because she loved him and was committed to the relationship.

Probably all lies to make him happy or he is just plain naive gullible

Could it happen? Yes. Should it happen? No.

As a matter of law and procedure, you abandoned your AoS application the moment you departed the US without AP. That means your dependent applications of the AP and EAD were also invalidated. Despite the fact that these documents were issued and exist, they are invalid.

If you managed to enter on the AP, USCIS will likely notice that you left before the AP was granted, and your I-485 would be denied. You'd then have even more issues because you wouldn't have a legal entry from which to file a second AoS application, due to you entering on an invalid AP.

If you entered on a K-1 then your US citizen spouse will now need to file an I-130 for you. If you already have a pending I-130 as part of the AoS process you started (i.e. you filed concurrently) then the I-130 can still be approved even when the I-485 would be denied.

Expect it to take around a year for you to receive your immigrant visa.

    1.  She don't need you for that.  With a divorce, she can file the I-751 on her own.
    2.  She don't need you for that.  She can file for divorce on her own and file the I-751 on her own.
    3.  She don't need you for that either.  She can still get the divorce without your cooperation and file the I-751 on her own.
    4.  She don't need you for that either.  And it will work.  You created the perfect scenario for her.

You don't know what you are doing.  You were warned not to marry her.  You don't have a clue.  You have zero leverage.  She don't need you to divorce and file the I-751 on her own.

Also, as her husband, you are obligated morally and legally to support her.  Giving her room and board and all her basic necessities was not generosity or holding up a deal.  It's your legal obligation.  Also, I don't know any couple who makes a deal for room and board.  You have no idea what a marriage is.  You only wanted to use this woman to be a breadwinner while you stay at home and not work as posted in posts from 2014.

Divorce and go on with your life.

Most other marriages also were between other people. Statistics are pointless when applied to a single circumstance with its own set of unknowns. I'm sure some of those other marriages involve a husband that's earning some money and some don't. I feel like you are trying to look everywhere but to yourself for reasons of why your marriage failed. You aren't taking in any of the advise given, but keep going back to statistics which have nothing to do with you.

As said - VAWA is not a part of the removal of conditions process, so perhaps her reason for filing a restraining order has something to do with you? or your relationship? You are not taking accountability for anything.

"I fell into the trap many men fall into, which is thinking they've found a woman who is really special"
Trust me many women feel the same way - Why are you so set on lumping women together in one mold? Could it be that the two of you just didn't work out? Could you have some ownership other than just being a passive part of a statistic?

You both owned the relationship, you both failed. Why don't you both file for divorce? What's the point of staying legally bound to someone you're not with? The affidavit remains in place regardless of if your married or not and why on earth would you assume she would go after suing for support? Has she stated anything along those lines?

"As far as I know, the only remaining loose end is the affidavit of support"
uh - and the little fact that you're still married - might to some be considered a tiny loose end as well.

I see people tell u not to marry her.

I see people give u advice because u want to bring ur wife 2 us.  helping u do not mean they told u to go for it.  they help u cuz u ask for it.
