    Seems quite common to interview in other Countries. She applied at the Polish Consulate? Or the Greek? I thought you applied for a Schengen based on your country of destination.

    As you pointed out the time to have applied for a SB1 would have been at least at 18, they are hard enough to get but in your case a prety simple refusal. You seem to know your options, I assume you have done nothing to maintaing your LPR status.

    Seems a lot more stores are looking up high value ithems, like tools, not where I am yet, but cameras everywhere. Kroeger in Denver are checking recepts at the exit, sort of Like Sams and Costco but theis is not a membership store.

    Not sure why, for some reason I think I have heard this or a similar story. Obviously he needs US legal representation, family law. I suppose if she wants to visit the US she can, child would also need a visa if that is her plan. He would need to participate for a CRBA to work and the child obtain a US Passport.

    Sounds like they are not married Also unclear if the friend could pass on Citizenship, assuming the child is actually his. I assume she could look to the Colombian Courts and if she got a judgement seek to have it enforced in the US.
