  1. Wondering the same, USPS do not do home deliveries anywhere near where I am.
  2. Some Consulates are particularly hot on Domicile, if he is going to go DCF then he will have a job by definition and will no doubt have started it by the time of the interview.
  3. I was just thinking of Hacking, missed his show on my lunch break now. His wife is Egyptian and wonder how he responded, will watch later. Anyone can make an Asylum claim and then in 10 years whatever worry about it then. Hacking had a lady on a few weeks back and she was talking about her Asylum claim and I was thinking well she is speaking with a northern non indigenous regional accent. Anyway he did not realise and it went on for a while before he asked her where she was from, UK. Hacking also converted, and most of his asylum calls are from Muslim countries also a bit odd if you think about it. Did occur to me that I could have made a passable asylum claim if I went before the more lenient Courts. And also that here we have Asylum being used which originally came about as a response to Jews fleeing Axis countries being used by someone who attached a Holocaust survivor. Crazy crazy world. Anyway seems he flew into LA, my guess is that they were coming to see the Mouse whatever, he seems to have enough money to have kept well fed.
  4. Watching the news, Channel 9, this is very awkward for them. They said he has a wife and 5 children in the Springs. I assume they all came as tourists, suppose he could have married a ready made family when he got here? If he has EAD and a lot of reports he does, well asylum or being sponsored by a new US wife would be the only realistic ways? Issuing visitor visas to asylum producing countries is slightly off, contradictory. I like watching Hacking and it seems most of his dodgy cases involve a Visitor visa entry, and you always wonder how they ever got one.
  5. I would refile and make sure it is all correct
  6. I agree it will not change anything but whether it meets the Consulates requirements is another issue.
  7. Can not say I am a fan of the DM but they do tend to get this ort of new first: It has been hot up here so much hotter in Boulder. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14770819/Mohamed-Sabry-Soliman-Colorado-terror-suspect.html It seems he came as a visitor in 2022, has a work permit? how? All I can think of is a fake asylum claim.
  8. To state the obvious you should divorce first They may wonder how you intend to pay the loan back on an Egyptian salary
  9. So 3 I 130s The Consulate will want to check that you were not able to pass on Citizenship When does your job start?
  10. Initial reports mention Molotov cocktails targeting a Jewish procession
  11. AP seems top be quicker and it seems many people get their GC first, I would not commit to a ceremoney until I had AP or GC in hand.
  12. You may or may not be able to petition her Husband anyway.
  13. Assuming you are a USC it is more an issue for the Employer Very unusual for an I 485 to be denied that for him is the big issue
  14. I have a K9 but she is a US Citizen it does sound like she is in the US? in the circumstances she may need a lawyer to sort out both the immigration issues and the inheritance issues
  15. She was the 'actress' who portrayed herself as a Business Consultant and sought to enter on a TN Refused at the Canadian Border, no problem they just turned her around. Made the mistake of trying it on at the Mexican Border, now npt Mexican so they had to detain her. It was in the thread about the English lady who was waorking in the US on the VWP, sought entry into Canada to do the same think, was refused entry and returned to the US.
  16. That is a link to the Guardian….
  17. Especially tricky if you are using that income to pay for a F.
  18. Tickets for the Fever's game against the Washington Mystics on Wednesday were down 47 percent since the announcement of Clark's injury, according to TickPick as reported by Front Office Sports. That contest was moved from the Mystics' usual home venue, 4,200-seat CareFirst Arena in Washington, to 11,614-seat CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore to accommodate the interest in an expected visit by Clark. The get-in price for Indiana's trip to the Sky on June 7 fell 71 percent. That game was moved from 10,387-seat Wintrust Arena to 20,917-seat United Center in anticipation of Clark's participation. You can get a ticket for $9...
