  1. I have come across a few people where the definition of basic knowledge of English must mean very basic. If you are doing the interview you must have been here for quite some time, well a few exceptions, but for the vast majority. I think they corrected them but I do remember when 2 of the answers provided were wrong. I would think most people could answer many of the 100 questions through general knowledge, easy enough to brush up beforehand.
  2. Your visa was approved before the interview, not possible.
  3. Well this is awkward Epping asylum hotel resident found guilty of sexual assault Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu found guilty of two counts of sexual assault, against 14-year-old girl and a woman https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/sep/04/epping-asylum-hotel-resident-found-guilty-of-sexual-assault “This must never be allowed to happen again. Every illegal migrant should be detained immediately and swiftly deported. Anything less leaves vulnerable people at risk, betrays public trust, and sends entirely the wrong message about how seriously Britain takes border security.”
  4. I would not worry how long Potomac takes, if he has children the longer the better.
  5. Marital status does nor matter for a F4 CSPA always applied for derivatives, whether it would be effective in this case is another matter.
  6. Probably the standard reason and she inferred. Difficult to comment obviously something caused an issue. ohh the system when she seeks to enter will know about the refusal
  7. Her record is in the system Been Given a very specific reason is unusual or is that more her assumption
  8. Visas have not been issued ame day for quite some time. You can take your criminal records not sure if they will review them at the interview, may need to get back to you.
  9. You are looking to do this on behalf of the beneficiary. I have seen people withe IT issues but not Dakar, very difficult to comment, I assume there is no other option than to open a ticket.
  10. I take it that you have yet to appoint a Lawyer? That would seem to be the first step, someone who can advise you if it is possible, does not sound something that will be quick and I have no knowledge of Dutch law. Does your Fiance have any sort of Status in Holland, just wondering of the practicality if he can just visit.
  11. I do not see any immigration issues. My first thought is what does the Father say? Guardianship has nothing to do with being someones child Name change is not relevant either.Declarable, might hold out on that an unnecessary complication.
  12. That is something you need to speak to your Divorce Lawyer about. When did you enter on the VWP less than 90 days ago? What is your plan?
  13. Being in Court does not stop you travelling When did you last enter and how, VWP or B? Immigration Lawyer for what?
  14. I 94 is online and has even for sometime.
  15. I sort of assumed she isn’t from the sub continent but if she is that would help.
  16. Having a B refused does not make you ineligible, why he was refused ESTA may or may not be linked to the B refusal
  17. It is not a quick or cheap process especially if the person involved is half way around the world.
  18. I would get a few visits in first. Intrigued as to how you know his religion.
