  2. How is a Bank Account proof of a tie? Enough depends on their plans as mentioned above. From a practical point of view I assume she is not in a position to increase her balance anyway, it is what it is. Review the questions asked in the DS 160
  3. You can’t sponsor a tourist visa, you sponsor immigrant visas.
  4. Does she intend to work if she moves to the US?
  5. Vacationing in the US is not cheap, the airfare will be substantial, I suppose a lot will depend on her plans, how long she will be staying, what she wants to do, sort of places she likes staying etc etc.
  6. OP joined posted and never came back

FBI Director Kash Patel said he and his team had been briefed on the shooting. “While we’re working with [Metropolitan Police Department] to respond and learn more, in the immediate, please pray for the victims and their families,” he wrote on X. Danny Danon, Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, called the shooting a “depraved act of antisemitic terrorism.” Police offered no details late Wednesday night on a potential motive for the shooting. A news conference was expected later Wednesday. (Numerous Media sources have reported that shooter shouted Free Palestine)
  15. That does not sound tight how would you get one if your parents were no more.
  16. Usually they are passably generous initially, houses to sell, things to wind up. Job hunting having obtained a work based immigrant visa would be an interesting conversation. Plus of course usually Employers want to see you are around and available.
  17. Inevitably dealing with Third Country Nationals will raise more challenges.
  18. New one on me, who would be filing a N400 and not have a SSN?
  19. The OP seems to have gone but not lets forget she must have a Sponsor.
