  4. As it says if you overstayed you would not be covered. Well you do not need to anyway. In the vast majority of cases. The thing that struck me as illogical as why create a separate process for a sub group of a process there is already. Well it was political so logic not needed.

The vast majority of Nurses would not be eligible for a H1b, EB3 is the usual classification. Anyway more of a Lawyer question, I suppose if an Employer will pay for it as well, why not?

  10. From what I saw and heard things were ok in the Stadium, the rioters had no connection with the game. Fascinating to watch societies destroying themselves, well sad as well.
  11. I am not sure I have seen a 14 year update before. Is this a VJ record. On the plus side I recognized a few old names.

  13. Can My Family Members also Receive Immigrant Visas? Based on your approved petition, your spouse and minor unmarried children, younger than 21, may apply for immigrant visas with you. Like you, they must also fill out required application forms, obtain required civil documents, pay the required fees, and undergo medical examinations. Same-sex spouses of U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), along with their minor children, are now eligible for the same immigration benefits as opposite-sex spouses. Consular officers at U.S. Embassies and Consulates will adjudicate their immigrant visa applications upon receipt of an approved I-130 or I-140 petition from USCIS. For further information, please see our FAQ’s. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/employment-based-immigrant-visas.html#:~:text=Based
  14. It is interesting to compare say the Canadian and US approach, much harder to be an illegal in Canada.
  15. Will we see a traditional Dem candidate, or are we looking at DEIs?
  16. I am not familiar with the Hawaii immigration process, probably the equivalent of an O1?
  17. You are asking to jump the line in front of all the other people who no doubt think it would be nice if their beneficiary can join them.
  18. Seems we are left with solo parenting challenges
  19. I am going to assume you are married and that one of you is the principal applicant and the other is the accompanying spouse. So in simple terms the child is like the accompanying spouse.
