    I have seen no end of threads where this has happened. If it had been one or two I would note but think of them as outliers. Now I think of it I have seen lots of variants including but not limited to those who did marry and got a K1, those who said well it did not count because it was not in the US, because my divorce was not complete, because her Parents wanted it and we had filed a K1. I think my favourite was the one who wanted to use the first marriage date to avoid the 2 year RoC. You also get it in other categories where being married would kick them out.

    Well no There are F4s now that take a very long time. They may need a bit more storage as more approved I 130s pile up but that is a minor issue.

    Loads of Canadians on here visit without issue, and from other Countries. Good Luck

    There are other faster options if speed is the issue. Most are work related. Normal visits should not be an issue.

    This is sort of interesting, UK view but basically a load of EVs are being registered and sold as used so they can meet Government requirements and not get fined. Makes you wonder how many are put there?

    I have not heard of that option. Does not seem logical, just builds up demand.

    If only one parent is applying, provide either a birth certificate listing you as sole parent, a death certificate of the other parent, or a court order which lists you as having sole physical and legal custody of the child.

    Why would it be chaos? There has been talk of rationalizing the system for as long as I can remember, nothing has happened and I doubt anything will, too many vested interests.

    I have not seen her for a while but her Husband is Nigerian and had 21 siblings, they sponsored them in phases, prioritized the ones with the best US Earnings capability so they could help sponsor the later waves.

    I would do that, other people have had issues that this would resolve. I do not see how you are relevant to a Passport application

    I assume you mean legally You revert to your prior status so that will determine when you must leave
