  1. They can certainly apply and it is not impossible for them to be approved. Is there any particular reason you have yet to file their I 130's?
  2. Travel Insurance would not cover usually pre existing conditions and also begs the question how long they would be in the US. As I understand it the point of the I 134 is to show they have sponsors able to cover their expenses. Refugees are eligible for Benefits but not Parolees.
  3. A bit more to getting an expedite approved that just having a job offer
  4. H1b is dual intent so a good option and then adjust at your convenience
  5. Student visas are generally expedited I assume you are aware of the costs involved to become a Pharmacist
  6. She needs a student visa to do a year of high school
  7. Normally a money issue, she can only study for a year at a State school and obviously has to pay. More obvious is schools who attract international students I would speak to the School International Admissions Officer
  8. VJ has a forum specifically for those adjusting from B etc visas. Presumably she has no need to go home any time soon
  9. Tier 1 are contracted out reading from a script who may not be reading from the right script. You have a better chance with Tier 2 but if you want more certainty seek competent legal advice

  11. On here the majority of U4U have immigrant intent and before that those paroled in through Mexico. I would assume most will go for Asylum if they do not have other opportunity. Now if you are close an immigrant visa is obviously better, no harm having both going and then taking a view.
  12. I expect the US to end up similar but with more extremes because it is the US
  13. Let's say it is an issue and needs to be protested, why have the numerous States who are D and have limitations not seen this?
  14. She would have maybe a years pay stubs so you would be good to go.
  15. Normally they do not look at documentation. I never showed anything. If you have something no harm bringing it.
  16. I would file with assets whatever to get it going and update with income. A joint would be better
  17. May best for her to come back first so then she could show her US income, Canada likes that.
  18. I doubt she would be allowed in. Can they not find a babysitter. Interviewed for what?
