    They can certainly apply and it is not impossible for them to be approved. Is there any particular reason you have yet to file their I 130's?

    Travel Insurance would not cover usually pre existing conditions and also begs the question how long they would be in the US. As I understand it the point of the I 134 is to show they have sponsors able to cover their expenses. Refugees are eligible for Benefits but not Parolees.

    Student visas are generally expedited I assume you are aware of the costs involved to become a Pharmacist

    Normally a money issue, she can only study for a year at a State school and obviously has to pay. More obvious is schools who attract international students I would speak to the School International Admissions Officer

    Tier 1 are contracted out reading from a script who may not be reading from the right script. You have a better chance with Tier 2 but if you want more certainty seek competent legal advice

    Have you discussed this with your Lawyer, I agree seems fishy to say the least. Does not seem something requiring immediate attention anyway so see how it rolls.

    On here the majority of U4U have immigrant intent and before that those paroled in through Mexico. I would assume most will go for Asylum if they do not have other opportunity. Now if you are close an immigrant visa is obviously better, no harm having both going and then taking a view.
