  1. It is not a ban but certainly will look odd, very much depends on what you have in mind, you want to study?
  2. Probably the limited time you spent together, they do not think it is a real relationship. The other questions were just to back that up.
  3. I cannot be bothered to look up a source but pretty sure abnormalities are not a requirement in some localities, I was pointing out the extremes and why it is a difficult subject. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10762699/Midwives-taught-university-help-biological-men-penises-birth.html Midwives are being taught otherwise, there was a couple of better sources but behind paywalls. My comment was about Emergency Medicare, all sorts of medical conditions can produce very nasty issues, but this provides routine care so why this and why not other conditions.
  4. Yet again Abortion is an issue for all Genders. Apparently. One thing I did wonder about and could not think through, how come Emergence Medicare covers pregnancy? That seems contra logical. Like many issues there are no good simple answers, at one end you have the Morning After Pill, and at the other end you have localities where you abort at 9 months plus. The first strikes me as a non issue, the second makes me feel queasy.
  5. Everyone goes through normal AP There is no way of being certain what could attract longer investigation, even MENA covers a wide spectrum.
  6. The question is whether it is a State or Federal issue This is just a ruling on which entities decide If you are going to have States decide local issues then this seems an obvious one, obviously there are arguments for and against State control but when I see people arguing depending on the issue then i raise my eyes
  7. I have seen comments elsewhere about people wanting to emigrate due to this and what is likely to happen in November
  8. If it is not this it will be something else, there is the ongoing and effectively unresolvable debate been State and Feds as to where the line is We see it all the time for example with Immigration and amnesty states, and as here will be argued differently depending on the cause
  9. It is not a problem, inevitable so seems it all is a complete waste of effort. Assuming you are so focussed on the issue. I see the State Rights issue and I suppose if you are using other people's money...
  10. She isn't getting deported so not sure why the Lawyer mentioned that. Well unless she is a felon and that would be a maybe. Nothing good can come of you not pulling the I 864
  11. An approved I 140 still needs an interview so could be some way off. Agree grab one in Canada and come in that way.
  12. Modern Women are not limited to the US. Did you adopt her son? That may complicate matters. The I 864 is your big call, that is something you can control. The significance may not be apparent to your Divorce Lawyer
  13. Seems not all the Bars etc survived but things are picking back up from what I been told
  14. Look at the I 864, 25,00 a year was my recollection of the amount. PS very wealthy friend
  15. Worst case situation, probably $25,000 or so for the rest of their lives. The use in Divorce case has been the most obvious risk, nobody knows what the future could bring.
  16. https://swimswam.com/penns-lia-thomas-breaks-200-500-free-records-in-meet-with-princeton-cornell/ Penn’s Lia Thomas blasted the number one 200 free time and the second-fastest 500 free time in the nation on Saturday, breaking Penn program records in both events. She swept the 100-200-500 free individual events and contributed to the first-place 400 free relay in a tri-meet against Princeton and Cornell in her home pool. Penn split for the day, beating Cornell 219 to 81 but losing to Princeton, 106 to 194. For some reason these achievements are not getting proper recognition by the MSM, we are likely to see new records in Ladies swimming.
