I am not familiar with Barbie at all, I know of Ken so would have no reason to notice any issues with the Barbie lore assuming there is one so Barbie all the way. Interesting fact, when they first produced Barbie dolls they were made in Japan and the samples had nipples and one of the guys involved was tasked with removing them and sending the samples back. Happened a few times before they got the idea.

    You go thought the Adjustment of Status route when she gets here. You do not need an I 130 as that has been approved. Just file the package including EAD, AP and Medical.

    Sounds weird and I have seen quite a few who have been gone a long time but nobody who has had a problem returning.

    Short version is that it is a way of entering the US temporarily, usually for a year. There are specific variants for certain Countries that do not apply to Russia. https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/humanitarian_parole In your case she can use it to travel to the US and once here you can file to adjust her status to Permanent Resident. I am not sure I have seen one for a Russian so pretty unusual.

    From what I was told the Accountants took over, HQ moved somewhere else and the people in charge do not understand the business. they do have the Military contracts so good insurance there.

    Your Mother can sponsor your Father assuming she can meet the requirements, is a Joint Sponsor available? Will she be moving first?
