    Reminds me of an article in the Guardian, now there are lots of them and as their cultists like this sort of doom and gloom usually they have Comments open. So the story included something about how the top 10% of the population consume a disproportionate amount and if they came down to the world average etc that would make a big difference etc etc. So the Comments were very supportive, and them somebody chimed in and pointed out it was the top 10% of the world population which would include nearly all the US, UK etc population, ie everybody commenting. Now there was one hairshirted person who has not had a car, does not go on holiday etc etc, but the rest?

    I find it difficult to believe this is also not a rating factor, there are solutions but not many the manufacturers will like.

    You did well getting an Emergency appointment approved, maybe Sweden is generous? Might be a double edged sword as there are other people lined up for an emergency slot and I assume they need cancellations for those slots to become available.

    I seriously doubt this will be of concern, I think I broke my leg when I was 4, anyway I remember being told I did, so I put it down despite it not being mentioned anywhere. At least yours is on your record.
