    I always thought it was Mrs Hacking who is quite happy with his side diversion. He used to have a sidekick Daniel, now Daniel disappeared from his regular attendance without any real explanation, Daniel is still working there and I think is in charge of Leeds but did not seem to be that familiar with Immigration Law He has had staff on his show every now and then, I do wonder if anyone else in his firm watches the show and gives him a heads up of his errors.

    The spouse of a Green Card holder is not an immediate relative. A spouse of a US Citizen is. I would not stay 90 days, they tend to get over focussed on entrants who have long visits in the recent past, and a small delay and no more VWP.

I may have missed something, seems there are plenty of reasons to deny. I would assume a one way trip, or worse.

    I would think it is more common than not for a DS 160 to be out of date with such long wait times. You will be given the opportunity to update any questions that have changed or at least offer to do so.

    She has loads of time and will have many years of filed taxes before this is an issue. Presumably she checked to make sure the son is not a USC

    Most people get through AP, I would be hard pushed to think of a case where they have not. Logically they must exist, I can only go by what I have seen on here. Not sure about a second round, I am not sure I have seen AP split into rounds.

    I do not know how they determine the sort of checks, if you have Terrorist connections I can see that being a factor. Anyway you know your options.
