IR1 with no income in US (Merged)
Boiler replied to NicolòVito's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
I am not going to question the OP, I have seen too many examples of things that can not happen, do not happen, happening. The safest route with no Joint Sponsor, no US sourced income and questionable savings is for the USC to head back first and get a job etc. Otherwise you go with what you have and see. The I 864 is a big ask from a Joint Sponsor perspective, I remember seeing why can there not be an an Insurer? being discusses a long time ago. I think showing 3x assets would be cheaper than any Insurance premium. -
Visa approved however...

We had a case a few weeks ago where the I 130 had been filled in incorrectly in many areas and I believe the plan is to start again. So my first thought is to check the I 130 and see if there are any other issues first. I helped a friend fill one out and OK I know a little bit but 2 sets of eyes are better and I had never filled one in before. -

You are not in the US, we are assuming you have no way of entering the US with the intent to immigrate. There are Dual Intent visa's but they seem unlikely from what you have posted so far. -

You have not completed any information or your timeline but it appears you are applying for an Ir1 Immigrant Visa and will pay the fee and be sent your GC after entry. No adjustment. Strongly suggest you read the Guides. I assume you now need to fill the I 824 to point the case correctly to Sydney. I also assume you have no basis to enter the US and adjust, that would be a K1 but seems you are married. -

The last few U4Us I have seen have taken a lot longer than previously, around the 90 day mark. This was mentioned some months back I see. -

The Administration has tweaked the requirements but if you qualify U4U is the way to go. -

Here is a challenge, remember you have to name one thing, just one thing. -
There quite a few things from WW2 still under wraps. With all the dinghys coming across the Channel there was a discussion if the Germans every did the same thing, downed flyers etc excepted. Seems there may have been a raid in if memory serves me correctly 1941, but no official records available but a lot of recollections. And of course Hess.

Controversial Opinion but the only one that makes any sense to me. I went to a Boys School but I have watched Mean Girls. I think it is to go with the Feminization of various entities, certainly Governmental, Administration, and of course Medical. I find it impossible to believe this would happen if these entities remained mainly under control of males. Ditto cancel culture, not really a male way of approaching an issue but seemingly very much a female way. Obviously with men abandoning the advanced education area it is difficult to see this not progressing. From a LGBT perspective if they cannot produce and only have transition, well demographics do not look good.

To be fair he came across as useless, seems they want the England Manager and have been told to lay off. I cannot imagine her going along with the Rapinoe's of this world mind you, she would start with a massive clear out. I do not know quite what happened, It seems Spain had an issue, Spain stuck with the manager who cleared out a lot of trouble makers and they are now in the Final.

I am still not sure the lets just say DNC as a shorthand do not intend to get rid of Corrupt Joe and are working through a plan to do so. Still think Kamala is an issue as they have to somehow get rid of her as well. Biden cannot pardon Hunter and realistically stand for reelection?, even I am not sure on that any longer but who knows we live in weird times. I assume Biden will pardon Hunter if he is reelected. Meanwhile we have Trump playing a similar set of cards.

Hillary Clinton: Trump is an ‘illegitimate president’ https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/hillary-clinton-trump-is-an-illegitimate-president/2019/09/26/29195d5a-e099-11e9-b199-f638bf2c340f_story.html Hillary Clinton dismissed President Trump as an “illegitimate president” and suggested that “he knows” that he stole the 2016 presidential election in a CBS News interview to be aired Sunday. The former secretary of state, who lost the presidency to Trump, offered a scathing assessment of the president, his 2016 win and the latest allegations that he tried to obtain incriminating information from a foreign government about Joe Biden, a possible 2020 opponent, according to excerpts released by CBS from a wide-ranging pretaped interview for its “Sunday Morning” show, Clinton was asked whether it angers her that none of the current Democratic candidates invoke her on the campaign trail while Trump’s rally crowds still break out into “lock her up” chants. “No, it doesn’t kill me because he knows he’s an illegitimate president,” she said. “I believe he understands that the many varying tactics they used, from voter suppression and voter purging to hacking to the false stories — he knows that — there were just a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out like it did.”
