  1. Restraining Order? Best discussed with your Divorce Lawyer. Could also be State specific, which State do you live in?
  2. The pricing thing which I always saw as a major benefit, well I could never see governments not wanting to get their cut, just a question of time. I think i have seen situations where Buses make money with bi directional charging? I guess they are not being used much at night and can be charged in the day, well that is the only way it would work but would they not be charged at night?
  3. The PD is not current. You have lost me with the Tourist Visa, to where and why?
  4. If you ... AND you... THEN submit a police certificate from... Are 16 years old or older Lived in your country of nationality for more than 6 months at any time in your life Your country of nationality Are 16 years old or older Have lived in your country of current residence (if different from nationality) for more than 6 months Your country of current residence Have ever lived in another country for 12 months or more Were 16 years or older at the time you lived there The country where you used to live. Were arrested for any reason, regardless of how long you lived in that city or country, and no matter what age you were The city and/or country where you were arrested.
  5. It can be done.
  6. K1 has many disadvantages so Marriage is the better route.
  7. It is certainly doable but not easy. CR1 well probably IR1, you need to make sure you present a strong case.
  8. CR1 Are you also Pakistani, is this an arranged marriage?
  9. Most of the cases I have seen have been Federal, over the years we have had a few State usually connected with Divorce.
  10. Then more likely to be somebody who is confused.
  11. That is quite possible bit it was never going to be quick.
  12. It just seems to me a little bit odd, you are in F3, your divorce to move to F1, then do all the immigrations stuff, move to the US, go back and marry your original wife and then have a multi year wait. That is going some. Not in the pantheon but up there.
  13. In my days of ignorance I used to say visiting GF and never had an issue.
  14. You need evidence, a Lawyer can not make that up, a Lawyer may suggest ways of acquiring it.
  15. Approved before it retrogressed is more likely.
  16. You show SF as your location, the classic California case is Kumar vs Kumar, worth a read: https://casetext.com/case/kumar-v-kumar-in-re-kumar
  17. I forgot to mention that F2a is retrogressed so quite a desperate plan, but does not make my top 10 of odd stuff.
  18. Well they will both be Visiting, I am not sure how a Court will deem that they can claim Georgia Jurisdiction, now if somebody for example entered the US as a tourist and decided to stay then at some point they are resident for State issues, not sure when that is. If it was that easy well lots of people would do it, get those US Court settlements!
  19. I have seen this a few times, now admittedly not when someone has gone out and stated that they divorced for this reason, and I was sort of assuming nobody would come out and state this . We reconciled etc. Much more common is when people delay getting married, and of course the big no no those who forget they are married and then want to sponsor their spouse, now those do not end well.
