    Personally I would go over there and marry and file the CR1. I assume the child will be a US Citizen so you will just need to file a CRBA to get a passport. She can apply to visit, but I would assume that is unlikely to be approved. Especially with a USC child in tow.

    6 months so their immigrant visas will have different expiry dates.

    I always think of Canada with the DS 5535. Hacking on YT does quite a few and is always discussing them.

    Canada set up a program to attract Indian H1b visa holders, the allocation went very quickly, many see to go to Canada obtain Citizenship so they can use the TN.

    A major factor in rating a car was performance, now even a basic Tesla has outstanding acceleration etc so you would think that is a factor.

    Simpler solution, London allows K1 to self sponsor, they do not see to look for a lot.

    The visa bulletin is difficult to predict, October will give a better indication. There is no way of knowing if CSPA applies until the PD is current and you can do the calculation. Likewise there is currently nothing to expedite until the PD is current. There is Humanitarian Reinstatement but I am not sure you have a strong case, it is discretionary.

    Bot of a wait for a Tourist Visa appointment as well, of they need to be interviewed.

    The formats are different, both are for generating leads, Brad is more obvious, from what I saw he will pass you onto his Leads team very quickly. 2 different people 2 different styles. I think Jim realises that many people are there for the entertainment. I think there was one a few weeks back which started the show and lasted 20 minutes? maybe more, now worth it from an entertainment perspective but not good from a leads/keeping the people waiting to get on happy.

    I had a quick listen to Brad, now obviously Brad knows a lot more than I do, a lot more than I do, but still says some dodgy things. Some of it could be the nature of the show, some of the callers are difficult to understand and it is a very fast format.
