    I got into a bit of a discussion last week about Removing Conditions, it is so unusual to come across a case where anyone has an issue, a waste of everyone's time. And money. I would imagine Hacking has seen a lot more unusual stuff since he started his show, the nature of this sort of forum is that it attracts the unusual cases.

    565 has Marriage Annulled option.

    I have seen no end of posts about Annulment, but all the ones I remember have been around getting the non USC deported. I am pretty sure you are the first one I have come across the other way around. Well there have been 2 cases where a USC was able to get an annulment, what happened to the ex Spouse no idea. It is nice to have a real world example of a case, for the next time it comes up. I know you can remove conditions with an annulment but it can be very difficult to persuade some people that is the case. Unless the system has an Annulment option I would go with the officer - Divorce. Caveat I do not see everything.

    And you removed conditions with a Divorce Waiver I am not sure if I have seen a similar case I doubt they have a special arrangement

    You have been to Pakistan, you understand the situation. I was more concerned if he had what he may have put on his application so this looks cleaner.

    I think there could be some language issues. So both you and your Spouse are currently inside the US? On what basis is the beneficiary in the US?

    Looking at past posts this is a Consulate case so I 824 it is.

    I 485 is for adjusting inside the US which I am going to guess is what you are not doing.

    They can not issue a visa if your PD is not current, I suppose they could interview you but there are limited slots so makes more sense to interview people who are not waiting.

    Generally you sit there, they do something and send you on your way. So dealing is not an issue.

    Alexi was not happy about CNN, he called them a joke, which is of course true. A couple of quite interesting games, how was that not a Penalty against Spain, and surely a red card.
