  1. @travislangley880 7 hours ago I had a reservation for 2 years and was initially excited about an electric truck for under 40k. In that time the price went from 39k to over 50k for the Pro with similar markups for other trims. Then they told us the Pro quantity available was limited because they wanted to sell higher priced trim models. It felt like a bait and switch. Meanwhile complaints about bad quality control were popping up everywhere online, and dealers were still adding markups. The three people from work that originally put in reservations all declined to put in orders once it got to our turns. I'll also mention there is no way to cancel your reservation online because I'm betting Ford didn't want shareholders or the media knowing how bad they messed this up.
  2. I assumed the OP does qualify, nothing she said suggested she does not. She obviously thinks she does.
  3. Your parents and your husband. So 3 They do not need to sponsor you or the baby. 4 years is a long time but the way you describe the situation it is best to find a Joint Sponsor who is clearly approvable.
  4. Nope but the organisation involved should know, seems a common enough situation.
  5. You are subject to a 2 year HRR? I think they are more commonly called a No Objection Letter.
  6. For this reason alone I am now officially in favour of applying on paper not online. I do not remember this being an issue and it feels much less likely to be an issue if you printed and filed in the form.
  7. To be fair most, all? cases I have seen the Agency fills out the DS 160 but the applicant submits it, seemingly and who really knows this did not happen in this case. The argument then being well I did not fill in the application, when it is pointed out they signed it, they go back to well I did not fill it out. All very weird. Anyway turning up at an interview with a DS 160 filed which says you signed and being interviewed bases on that submitted and signed DS160 makes any further discussion moot. You owned it.
  8. You had to sign it under oath etc.
  9. I doubt that helps
  10. Yes, your relative did the same thing. That would be down to the Consulate, they are interviewing him not you. What has changed since his prior refusal?
  11. I thought this was quite interesting, Perun has also put out a YT today on this subject but yet to watch it.
  12. Ohh now for the Brother I would not do that as that will just delay the PD.
  13. I have certainly seen people refile and it is one of those where I am not sure there is a clear answer, your call. $70? Not sure what that is for.
  14. How long were you here when you first came How long are you coming for now
  15. They do not ask if you have a house. Whatever the reason you want to travel you should mention You can apply as soon and as frequently as you want.
  16. Ohh and filling in the DS160 is more high school level not Harvard
  17. I assume you have read the DS160, it just asks factual questions for which there is only a correct answer. Going to Harvard from Vietnam for a 4 hour course may have confused them.
  18. Sadly you can not immigrate on a tourist visa.
  19. On what basis will the parents be in America?
