  1. Whatever you reasons are.
  2. I have yet to see anybody come back from the Consulate, now I have seen a few who have been able to file a waiver in the US. Anyway a non immigrant visa is mostly about credibility and there is none here.
  3. The ones in the worst situation are the ones who do not get a tourist visa and then try and go down the marital route, seems much better to get the B and then adjust. More likely to be able to file a waiver.
  4. Not as a Firm, he says there is no point. And I respect him for that. But he does get people call in with sort of similar issues. I do not see everything and when I watch I tend to fast forward but on his show the number of Nigerian cases involving B visas where Agencies have helped and married off applicants has become a bit of a standing joke. Remember Jim sees his role as helping all migrants and repeats it constantly, so not as if he is not innately sympathetic. I did see someone call him out for negative comments about Nigerian applicants, he did not like that. Nobody is saying everyone is doing it, but when you see it several times a week and you know you are seeing just a tiny percentage of the cases, well.
  5. Your parents own an apartment block, they have invested significantly in upgrades, they have taken the costs against the rents so it does not currently produce any income. They have a current valuation that shows it exceeds the minimum required with a few 0's to spare. Would this work, probably. I would still go with someone who had a clear comfortable income trail.
  6. You will find many posts from others who have gone through similar situations. We have for example had posters who have gone through Pakistan.
  7. The other option is for you to come back first and get a job. It is impossible to answer specific questions with vague information, I think it is fair to say from what you have said you will need another sponsor.
  8. @travislangley880 7 hours ago I had a reservation for 2 years and was initially excited about an electric truck for under 40k. In that time the price went from 39k to over 50k for the Pro with similar markups for other trims. Then they told us the Pro quantity available was limited because they wanted to sell higher priced trim models. It felt like a bait and switch. Meanwhile complaints about bad quality control were popping up everywhere online, and dealers were still adding markups. The three people from work that originally put in reservations all declined to put in orders once it got to our turns. I'll also mention there is no way to cancel your reservation online because I'm betting Ford didn't want shareholders or the media knowing how bad they messed this up.
  9. I assumed the OP does qualify, nothing she said suggested she does not. She obviously thinks she does.
  10. Your parents and your husband. So 3 They do not need to sponsor you or the baby. 4 years is a long time but the way you describe the situation it is best to find a Joint Sponsor who is clearly approvable.
  11. Nope but the organisation involved should know, seems a common enough situation.
  12. You are subject to a 2 year HRR? I think they are more commonly called a No Objection Letter.
  13. For this reason alone I am now officially in favour of applying on paper not online. I do not remember this being an issue and it feels much less likely to be an issue if you printed and filed in the form.
  14. To be fair most, all? cases I have seen the Agency fills out the DS 160 but the applicant submits it, seemingly and who really knows this did not happen in this case. The argument then being well I did not fill in the application, when it is pointed out they signed it, they go back to well I did not fill it out. All very weird. Anyway turning up at an interview with a DS 160 filed which says you signed and being interviewed bases on that submitted and signed DS160 makes any further discussion moot. You owned it.
  15. You had to sign it under oath etc.
  16. I doubt that helps
  17. Yes, your relative did the same thing. That would be down to the Consulate, they are interviewing him not you. What has changed since his prior refusal?
  18. I thought this was quite interesting, Perun has also put out a YT today on this subject but yet to watch it.
  19. Ohh now for the Brother I would not do that as that will just delay the PD.
