  1. This may be the inspiration. Ohh and he is safe in Qatar btw.
  2. I was not sure sure if I heard it right, CNN said there are 100,000 US Citizens in Israel. Hezbollah invading would be a dream come true from a Israel military perspective. A target rich environment.
  3. Visitor Visa's are usually issued with a week, 3 to 4 months is unusual.
  4. I had not heard of this and had no idea who Trevor Bauer is, but quite a fascinating story.
  5. https://www.cbsnews.com/colorado/news/video-colorado-lawmaker-refusing-condemn-hamas/ Russell went a step further saying, "he was not elected by a single Coloradan. He was appointed to an empty seat by a democratic caucus and I think it's now their responsibility to expel him from that seat." In a statement, Gov. Jared Polis said, "the only proper response is to condemn Hamas for these evil terrorist attacks on innocent civilians and stand with Israel." The Democratic Speaker of the House Julie McCluskie and Majority Leader Monica Duran also released a statement saying they've spoken with Hernandez and are "deeply disappointed that when there was doubt, he chose not to explicitly condemn the violent Hamas terrorist attacks" calling them an "atrocity that demands unequivocal condemnation." McCluskie and Duran say they "stand with the people of Israel and the Jewish community in Colorado."

  11. I am not sure that works but I also think it is reasonable to assume it is on its way back.
  12. I thought that was self employment
  13. It is certainly true that most companies are not familiar with the process, you can certainly investigate but they really need to discuss this with their Immigration Lawyer. H1b is the most common.
  14. For a work visa? That depends on which one and your nationality.
  15. It will be sometime but yes you will get a chance to appeal. The cases I have seen all have been quite different, but you are looking for NOID/NOIR.
  16. You presumably know if you were deported, it really is up to the Consulate to review your case and determine if there are any other admissabilities. Your K1 has taken 3 years?
  17. Realistically she and the baby will be visiting you.
  18. You cannot work on a B1. You can attend Business Meetings. An Independent Contractor cannot be sponsored. Best to speak with your client, perhaps they will take you on as an employee and sponsor you for a work visa.
  19. She can file the I 130 from the UK.
