  1. Now what was I doing as mentioned there is much more to this than mentioned and no doubt the reason most are refused.
  2. He has to have the right form to decline it.
  3. I have not been an A Student of the I 864 for sometime, now @pushbrk is and I will leave it to him. I did think the amount you mentioned was a home and presumably the one you live in so does not count. Is he an Israeli? Seems a lot of Russians are going through Jerusalem.
  4. The number of United States citizens traveling to Mexico amounted to 33.54 million in 2022. I assume it is more now. I have been to Mexico quite a few times, I know people who retired and decided to move to Mexico primarily because their money goes a lot further. People who spend the winter there, people who have second homes etc etc. If it was just being a victim of crime or a potential victim then I doubt there is anyone on this site who would not qualify. I assume the Daughter is also a Mexican Citizen, the only real reference to her is that she can sponsor her if she is over 21.
  5. You need a well qualified Joint Sponsor, what is the nature if the $116,000 assets? And which Consulate?
  6. We have members who have gone the I 601 route, refused a visa and given the opportunity to file a waiver. Good luck
  7. You need the medical before they can issue the visa, sometimes we see the medical happening after the interview.
  8. Mexicans were able to travel to Canada visa free but I think that ended at the end of Feb,
  9. Has she considered moving? To be eligible for asylum in the United States, a person must first meet the definition of a refugee as established in the Immigration and Naturalization Act. This means that they have a fear of persecution due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or their inclusion in a particular social group.
  10. CR1 would obviously have been better but sounds like you are too far in to switch Forget about a B
  11. Not normal and wondering the same.
  12. Why was his sister deported? Obviously that does not help. Inability to show non immigrant intent No Very unusual for them to look at any papers, they have the DS160.
  13. Presumably this was before he got his Citizenship and not somewhere he would want to go now.
  14. Sort of intrigued how you cannot self sponsor but can afford the K1 process inability to work etc. Seems an odd option. Anyway hopefully you have the finances sorted out and the joint sponsor is OK for the I 864, the I 134 is meaningless and I doubt London will pay much attention.
  15. The bigger issue is the I 864 when it comes to adjust and of course assets can mean many things, are you talking about Cash in the bank?
  16. I would take her medical records showing the Doctors prescription. I do not know your Country but certainly in mine showing this was for medical purposes etc should hep.
  17. Presumably you will not be working in Spain in 2025
  18. London allows K1s to self sponsor The big one is the I 864
  19. For the Medical you just need what they ask for.
  20. I think there is a thread in CEHST, as an aside you do not need to be a USC to get benefits, LPR is fine.
  21. The end date of the visa does not impact the entry period allowed They could seek entry one day before the visas expire and be granted the normal 6 months. 4 to 5 months visits every year may raise eyebrows but that is a different issue.
