    My pleasure😀 Ah! Ok then. You’re good to go and yes I do believe it is 90 days prior. Just be sure to do it a few days AFTER the 90 days, instead of prior so your application doesn’t get denied. I believe your son should qualify the same unless someone else in the forum can correct me.

    Sorry to learn about the passing of your spouse. My understanding is you now qualify under the 5 year rule, so from looking at the dates you shared you are eligible to file after July 27 2026. (Also the date on your GC will inform you the start date of your residency. Use that date to calculate when you are eligible to file under the 5 year rule)

    Sad 😞 When I lived in Canada that’s the airline I worked for Jazz Aviation at YXY and YYJ (Whitehorse and Victoria) Yeah since the DCA crash he’s been my go to as well. Victor from VASAviation has the entire audio. Very distressing as the ATC controller communicates with the already crashed aircraft😞

    See? I don’t understand any of it! I don’t know why I think he’s got a great deal with Medicare, VA benefits as well as our healthcare plan. I know with his VA benefits he’s well taken care of as a former Marine. I appreciate you! That welcome to the Colonies is hilarious!

    I was impressed by the website and wondered who actually designed it. Couldn’t find the RX equivalent for the needs I have🤭 Will people use it? I still don’t understand American healthcare and still shocked how much my husband must pay each month for healthcare for us. Due to me being 13 years his junior, I need healthcare coverage. Husband would be free and clear without me as he has Medicare I guess 🤷‍♀️Still used to living in Canada and having a great healthcare plan with the airlines when I worked for them and of course the NHS across The Pond.
