Hello @Mezyan I remember your journey in getting your husband here! What a journey it was too. Hm I am unclear of anyone ever applying for ROC with a 10 year GC as it is not applicable since it is not a CGC (Conditional Green Card) like those of us who have a 2 year GC. It may be that you were given incorrect info regarding the error made by USCIS in keeping your husband 's 10 year GC and in fact his GC should have been dealt with and corrected upon receipt of the GC 2 year ago. Perhaps I am wrong. I have not seen this before so I will let others chime in with more expertise on this subject. Happy New Year to you also!

Both my husband (USC) and I had already informed USCIS of our address change in March of this year. We both received notification of change of address to our new State, yet they have sent the notification of reminder for me to file my ROC to our last address. Fortunately we have not yet sold that house and are still in between States. Long story that I refuse to bore you with! My question is since I will be filing in the new year, should I not be concerned as my forms will have the current address that we are at even though we still have ties to the old? I will have all the relevant documents and IDs that reflect the move to the new State. Sorry for the long windedness of my query😳 Thanks!

This is sickening. I’m convinced that there is something amiss with that judge wanting to sentence Trump AFTER the election, my fear is they will try and get rid of him before then. This has rattled me. I cannot imagine how his family is right now, especially his wife after her concerns about the crickets with her husband’s initial assassination attempt just this past week. I won’t even go there with what Don Lemon posted with her video playing in the background. Utter evil!!! Lester Holt’s comments virtually stated it would have been better he died due to the comments Trump has been making about the illegal immgrants eating dogs! Evil!!! Prayers for the Trump family and all.

I wanted to make this post as I had tried looking EVERYWHERE online for a definitive answer and never found one. In the hopes this can help someone else in Texas, here is my experience. (I understand that this can differ depending upon which State you reside in so I can only relay my experience in Texas) I applied for a DL after passing my very first road test in Texas in August (2023) and was issued a DL with “limited term” and its expiration was 8 months later in April. Even though I searched and searched online my understanding was that limited term is assigned to those who are temporarily visiting the State. When I reached out to Texas DPS via email right away I was told it was nothing to do with them and it was in fact to do with DHS. When I reached out to DHS I didn’t get a response. Today I went to renew my DL and asked about why I got the limited term on my DL and was told that was what was given to them when they ran my GC a couple of times in the SAVE system. Thankfully today I have an 8 year expiration DL coming in the post for me soon.

An arrest has been made in connection with the leaked classified documents that found their way online via a Discord server in March.
