I am not sure about that. The document from NVC says that USCIS has approved the petition and the NVC is forwarding the same to the US Consulate in Mumbai. Petitioner received NVC letter via email. I (beneficiary) received a hard copy after a long time by post. Copy pasting the main message of the letter received from NVC:-
 
"The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Mumbai (Bombay), India. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition.
 
Next steps:
Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa interview."

Hey everyone, my fiancé had his K1 interview today and got approved! I checked his status after because I know it could flip flop from Administrative Processing to Refused to Issued. It now says “Application Received” and changed from Immigrant to NonImmigrant at the top. What does this mean? I’ve seen that the change from immigrant to nonimmigrant usually means the visa will be issued soon but I’ve never seen Application Received. Is this normal and good news?

We were planning for the CR1 originally before COVID hit and K1 was our back up plan. Honestly we included the documentation for venues and my wedding dress deposit. It's not needed, but it also doesn't hurt in my opinion. More recently (on the FB visa pages), I've seen many people getting RFEs that are requesting to include intent to marry letters or wedding plan information 

For May or June next year you need to file now.

Based on some of the threads I've ever read on here, approval for extreme hardship waivers are few and far between. If you have time, you might want to check out USCIS policy manual covering this: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-9-part-b-chapter-5
 
No one knows when the lockdown by the military will be eased. Having said that, IF your I-129F with extreme hardship waiver are approved in the near future, is there a guarantee that your fiancee can proceed with a K-1 interview at the embassy and leave Myanmar altogether? K-1 is not exactly an emergency and travel to the US will be unlikely if no flights are going in and out of the country, with no other form of transportation that would make the travel feasible.
 
Having gone through the process myself, I highly suggest that people meet (when possible) prior to embarking on a very costly and long immigration journey. Spending time together online doesn't capture the same essence as being together in person. You may or may not have the same chemistry and attraction in person. And let's be honest for a moment, these things are important to make a relationship work in the long run. Also, you'll want to find out if the person is genuine towards you and the relationship, which in general is a little hard to gauge completely online.
 
Do lots of research before filing and may the best odds be with you and your fiancee

If you fill in your timeline, you will be directed to the India portals and you can see if they are processing or not. Short answer, yes they are processing. NOA2 to NVC took about a month and NVC to embassy took about a month

Got the case number, invoice number and email updated through the online form.

Don't think I gave too much detail. I am a private person and was uncomfortable enough answering questions about my relationship with all other visa applicants hanging onto every word I said behind me anyway. I did get flustered halfway through the brief Q and A with the CO. The visa applicant lady in the next counter had her kid with her. The kid came over to my counter because lady was busy talking to her CO. My CO stopped me from saying something and he went like "Is that your KID?". I looked around and saw a little girl playing next to me. The CO asked me to ask her to go. I lost my composure for sure after this. 

Ask for a transfer to the US subsidiary.  You would be employed by the US subsidiary.  With this offer, you could seek to expedite your EAD.  You wouldn't be liable for taxes in the UK.  You would only be liable for taxes in the US.

Sounds like you got such a horrible CO! Unsure how it’s his/hers business about how interesting your meeting is. Blows my mind.

Latin women want a strong man. They desire a man who can make tough decisions. Who'll say "no" to silly ideas.   Someone they can respect and be attracted to.  A man  who is grounded in reality.     Of course you are her ticket out of the worst living conditions  in south America.   Fair enough.    What would be her response be  if  you tell her you lost your job and money and  want to go live and work there?  
 Let's assume everything you say about her is true.  Once she's comfortably in America, how are you going to stack up against the other men she can get here?  Older wealthy men ?   Attractive co-workers  with swagger?  Even the best of people can forget and have a change of ideas when circumstances change. 
   If you go ahead with this thinking your relationship will ultimately fail.  Because quite frankly  you come across as desperate, and that's very unattractive to women.  She'll have the kid, who'll  take care of her emotional needs, be in America where she'll be rich (comparatively speaking), be young and have plenty of options for men more attractive than yourself. 
   I'm not saying this to be mean.  You seem like a responsible person in many regards.  You can improve your chances by taking charge of your emotions and slowing down. She's not going anywhere.   Improve your chances by saying  " amor let's wait on the baby, we need to spend time together first".    Travel there,  learn spanish and her culture.  Learn how to say "no" and "wait" .  You're going to need to learn to say those a lot ! Especially when you see her  entire family slowly dying of malnutrition and you're trying to decide between putting food on their table or gas in your car.

she is a BS in computer graphics and archetecture, Very lovely and shy. A virgin at 25, speaks, reads and writes English very well. Once she's in ROTC at the college, she'll find a guy, no problem and can then be here as a spouse. . Also, the National guard will make her a citizen after 6 months, give her money to go to college, pay for her tuition and fees, which lets her keep her 6k per year of Pell grant (or so I'm told)   she gets 10k of her 20k sign on bonus after  6 months, the rest after  3 years. The Army intelligence branchs wants people who speak tagalog, due to the massive fundamentalist Muslim presence in the Phills.

I also know that the N Guard will take her as an ROTC candidate, and make her a US citizen witihin 6 months, after her BASIC and AIT. is over with. cause we checked on all that for my wife.

yes. B1/B2 visa. I've been here since December 7, 2020. I was given a year to stay. So, everything will be okay.. waiting time for Adjustment of Status 8wks to few months. I'm still good by then. My Fiancé is an active Air Force Officer, we're getting the legal assistance that we need. We didn't know what else to do since US embassy in Manila is indefinitely closed and alot of backlog cases that should still be processed. I wish you all the best.. There's alot more paperworks to file, but I'm fine with that. I'm married now and with my now Husband. I'm overwhelmingly happy.

Starting April 1, the Embassy will offer appointments in every immigrant visa category, including K visas and diversity visas. The number of appointments available will be extremely limited until conditions significantly improve, and it will take time to clear the backlog of immigrant visa cases. Even though appointments are now available, it does not mean you will be immediately successful in booking an appointment.

Petitioner can scan the documents to you and then do a 2 day fedex delivery so you have the originals to send in if it makes you more comfortable. Make sure you include documents of an ongoing relationship (since you submitted the k1). I would also recommend reviewing the documents that your fiance submitted to ensure that you know what they wrote

People are saying what they are saying because you sound quite silly and the way you write it sounds quite immature. Take the time to get to know her man, don't worry about pregnancy when she's still overseas, like someone already said "take your time and slow down"

You went too far in your dreams. Just come down to the earth and realize you have not met each other yet. Thinking about babies over online communication and confusing reality with virtual reality seems a little too immature and careless
