I was reviewing the pdf and was wondering is it really necessary to call NVC to get the case number? Do they send you anything about it by email or mail?

Just called NVC and they assigned our case number today.

 

NOA2 February 5

NVC Receive February 22

Case# Assigned March 2

NOA2 received on Feb. 4th

on march 3rd we sent a message to NVC through the online form communicating the email addresses (as shown in the pdf guide) and at the same time we asked for the case and invoice number.

we're expecting a reply next week as they're replying with a couple weeks delay.

Im probably asking a bif early but their response online will take about 1 week.
