Card and approval notice arrived today at the same time which is hilarious. 
 
It's also a combo card which I didnt realize. The AP case had closed.

I received my NOA 1s today. I tried to submit a request via your link too. It looks like I created an account back in 2020 but can’t find anything about an access code in my records. 🤞🏻Hope it works

We filed 4 November, it was received by the lockbox 7 November, and our CC was charged and we got a text with 3 IOE numbers on 10 November. My question is where do we go to check the status of our cases at this point. We get an error with all three codes when we put them into CEAC?

He took Lufthansa: Rome>Frankfurt>St Louis. With internal US travel a mess (Chicago is iffy in the best conditions) the last few months he picked the direct flight to me to avoid being stuck at immigration and missing a connecting flight. 

Yes! He said the interview was so easy going and he didn’t know why he was so stressed.

My fiancé just had his interview at Naples. Yes once you schedule your interview date your medical is scheduled automatically by the embassy for the day before. We didn’t use TravelDocs, made me panic for a moment thinking we missed something 😂

Looks like Good Fortune/ The Universe or La Madonna Santa smiled on you and all will be well at his interview. There is no “ automatic “ extension ( pandemic notwithstanding) but Consular Officers have the power/ discretion to extend, by allowing a reschedule they have already indicated that extension is going to be granted. 
Do have your fiancé be ready to state the reasons for missing documents and missing interview was related to COVID-19.

Well hopefully we’ll be able to process through our RFEs quickly 🤞🏻. I think I only read the first part about being a spouse and disregarded 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just got my RFE and it’s requesting proof of my US Citizenship. Some background, my father was a US military member and I was born in the Philippines. I included a color copy, front and back of my certificate of citizenship and it was identified on my cover sheet and tabbed so I was surprised to get this. Looking over the RFE’s examples of proof it says the  certificate of citizenship needs to be signed by the individual. I was 2 when it was issued and my father signed “By Chris xxxxxx (father)” and my name was printed above his signature. Do I have to sign it  36 years later (and with a different last name) for it to be accepted now? I only pulled it out last year to submit our K1 application so I didn’t think anything of my dad’s signature on it, since this document has gotten me passports in the past and I used it to enlist. Am I just reading into things and maybe they just misplaced my certificate copy?

No effect on the K-1.

It's allowed and not a problem for the K1.
 

My fiancé is Italian as well, we were looking at meeting in the Dominican Republic (they opened up at the beginning of July to everyone) You will need to be screened for COVID and have A Traveler’s Health Affidavit completed to enter. I believe Jamaica and a lot of the other islands are open as well.

I filed our I-129F on 5 June, it was received on 8 June and my check was cashed on 16 June. I deployed right after I mailed the packet so I’m not able to receive any confirmation texts but my parents are getting my mail and are on the look out for the NOA1. I’m excited that we finally took this step, nervous that I’m out of country and can’t respond as quickly to any issues that pop up, but it’s still one step closer. I’m going to try to see if I can get it expedited but with everything going on I’m not sure how that’ll go. 🤞🏻

Active duty as well. I went to the USCIS website, printed out the instructions and pretty much filed it out using that if I had any questions and checked off the requirements that were listed in the instructions as I gathered them. I googled examples for cover letters, intent to marry letters etc and built the package (tabs on the bottom of the pages, hole punched, no heavy staples etc) from the Lockbox tips on the site. I just submitted mine and deployed the week after and had my mail forwarded to family to keep an eye out for anything I get, I don’t know how Navy training goes but that might be a good idea while you’re still in student status. Or like was mentioned earlier wait until you are at your first base. Good luck.
