It is filled out by the panel physician at the medical exam abroad and a copy is given to the beneficiary. If it is marked complete then I-693 is not needed. The original is in the envelope the beneficiary brings with them to the POE and hands to CBP.

I read some Reddit posts on this and apparently it’s a common issue. The only remedy was to check constantly for what appears to be weeks and one person suggested to follow their Twitter/X as they sometimes post when they release appointments.
16 months is not long for ROC wait. I agree that if the wait time is within the processing time posted on USCIS then that will be the answer to the congressional inquiry.
Unfortunately, they will reject for incorrect fee. The fee change comes into effect TODAY April 1. If you can I would try to intercept the package with UPS.
If you’re referring to being asked about beneficiary’s finances, I wasn’t asked about that. They only care about the petitioner’s ability to sponsor and you have to keep in mind that this form is used for many other nonimmigrant visas where they might want to see beneficiary assets but this is not the case for K1.

In addition to pay stubs, I would also add an official employment verification letter from HR with your salary/position information.
If you’re qualifying on income, you do not have to fill the bank/savings information. We only provided my now husband’s income information and supplied pay stubs and employment verification letter.
That was an unfortunate error on your part. You have to fill out one or the other , not both. As @appleblossom said, you will have to file and pay the fee for I-824 which will add about a year to the process.
