Got DQ this morning.

I have been DQ few hours ago. Submission date was 30th August and added documents on 13th and 21 September. Wishing you guys good luck

Got email from NVC - all documents are accepted
Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified   
  The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.
NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MUMBAI (BOMBAY), IND to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

You're absolutely right, we submitted on Jul 14, and yesterday we finally got reviewed! after almost 3 month of waiting! now the wait starts for the interview..

They only ask proof of domicile from the petitioner if he/she has been living outside of the United States for more than a year or so. Otherwise they don’t ask. Nvc wants to make sure that the petitioner wants to live in the United States permanently and has maintained domicile in the USA. If petitioner is living in the USA then tax info and driving license is enough to proof domicile.

Just got a second "actively reviewed" date today. Approved!

our case was approved!
 
3/1/21 PD (Texas, although it said Nebraska at first, I heard that was a bug with the status check site)
3/25/21 actively being reviewed
3/28/21 reassigned to California Service Center (we were not informed, called USCIS last month and was told we have had CSC since this reassignment date)
8/18/21 actively being reviewed
8/18/21 approved, no RFE
 
when we saw the status changed to actively being reviewed, we logged into uscis and found the approval under the documents tab, later in the day, the status check site updated to approved as well
 
now we're waiting for an email from NVC for our case number
