You asked for our opinions.  Whether you like it or not, the Consulate Officer can and WILL ask a lot of questions when a case has these red flags.  The Consulate Officer is very familiar with what is normal in your culture.  Our goal here is to constructively help prepare you for that questioning.  It seems you just do not like the questions or our answers.  There will be more pressure when you are sitting in the Consulate Officer's office.   You aren't the first member to come here with a number of red flags..  We didn't just pull our concerns out of thin air, and we have seen men like you denied as they were unprepared.   You received advice concerning the evidence you need and the questions you might be asked.  You have to decide to either accept or reject it.

The April 22 and June 22 proclamations don't affect K-1 visas.
 
The PPNCOVs (Schengen Area; UK and Ireland; mainland China; Iran; and Brazil) don't have a listed expiration but don't affect applicants in Bolivia as long as they haven't been in those countries very recently.

K1 is not suspended .. they are currently working on pending applications and 221g... give them some time ..

This is very normal that your case on CEAC changes from immigrant to non-immigrant. It's part of the path it will take till CEAC changes to issued. A K-1 visa goes through the process of being treated as an immigrant case. Once it gets to issuance of the visa, the status changes to non-immigrant because it's truly a non-immigrant visa with immigration intent. Nothing here to be worried about.

Wake me up when we start seeing some real approvals

My fiancé did the pcc and medical last week after receiving a letter from the consulate. We got the medical reports the same day .. we waiting for the pcc to come so I can take an appt to have everything dropped . 

No, I don't "get that feeling".  Everything is ALWAYS Trump's fault??.......For your information, the world is in the midst of a PANDEMIC...which originated outside the US!!!!!    

Do you have some kind of email or letter saying you have to do medical ,, the approved list of hospital is going to ask for that letter with your passport scanned so they can give you an appt. I just did that last week .

Here is the attached letter we received for my wife IR1 visa. So Interview date, just walk in and submit the documents.

For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and for you to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. I know it really sucks, but the best way to get through this is to lower your expectations and try not to compare your timeline to anyone else's. Don't forget that the people here on Visa Journey represent a tiny percentage of all the petitions the CSC has to work through! When someone gets to your file you'll hear from them. Stay busy, talk a lot with your fiancé about non-visa stuff, don't forget to hang out with your friends, take up a new hobby, go to a sporting event, and your time will come! Good luck
