I haven't officially DQ'd but have submitted all my docs for NVC on 28th August and requested an expedite then which has been approved today!
 
Awaiting contact from the embassy now to schedule an interview. 🤞

His case status went to issued just a bit ago! 09/08/2020! The embassy said they had an issue with their printer and he should receive it in 15 days or so. 

My husband was scheduled for his visa appointment two weeks after his medical. But we did not have an expedited case, so it may be different.

I feel cutthroat saying that! Sorry! Sent you a message of support. Please continue to address your MH needs and it shouldn't affect you negatively in that a letter from the MH practitioner stating that you are ok, and addressing your needs should be fine, if asked. I just think focussing on it as a detrimental factor could work against you. Keep positive!

It is the best practice, because of the mutual obligation under the contract.  You've read the actual contract party, right?

An I-864a, and evidence of status and residence in the USA, along with evidence of current income if she has current income.

And such solution would also save me a trouble with re-establishing the domicile as I understand correctly? I guess leaving EU country and starting a job in US would be a strong argument for the embassy.

You keep bringing up your country or religion as determining factor for USCIS which is not the case.  The totality of circumstances are looked at when making the decisions, not the religion or beneficiary’s country. 

Good luck! Nebraska appears to be a bit more consistent with its times now from what i've seen from VJ and also other social media. They are making good times so far.
