Usually PD is used more for ppl petitioned by residents when their date is current is when they will be assigned their interviews
 
ppl petitioned by citizens use the CC or DQ date as guide to when their interview will be assigned

I prepared the form with my husband in facetime and the signature is electronic. I took the option that someone (petitioner) assisted in filling out the form. Now we are waiting for interview appointment. Everything was ok .

It went really well, thank you for asking! The officer was very nice and approved my petition at the end of the interview. I just checked My Case Status Online and looks like my new GC is now being produced!

It is illegal to enter the US via a B2 visa with the intent to stay and adjust status.  The terms of service of VJ do not allow us to discuss it further.  

It is the date printed on the NOA1, not the date you received it.  It may or may not be Dec 28.

You don't need that but you might need to sign is a preparer, I forgot the instructions, if you're the spouse you may not need to.
if the instructions say only sign if they are in the US they are not going to bother you about that, same with the passport photo, only if in the US

When you closer to the date they're currently looking at, then it's more of a sign that it's being looked at.
 

Just I had a touch Friday and I just checked my account and it was updated to Case Closed and NOA2 was in my documents!

Any idea when I should start bugging NVC? 

If I check the case status website it says it was approved today but NOA2 shows Friday that's odd, must be that they entered it into their system today.

According to processing times you have 4+ months left, so I wouldn't expect to see something right now.
If you keep checking all the time you'll drive yourself crazy.
I kept myself from checking a few weeks at a time, then kept up with processing times so I could anticipate just about when I should be hearing something.

Ironically the last time I contacted them to see where my petition was at is the day they approved it.

There's no harm in asking which service center your case is at. I used the Ask Emma chat and asked for a representative, it was always quick.
You won't be able to inquire about anything else until the date has passed, and even with that people have been receiving canned responses lately due to covid.
 

No, you do not.  The paper instructions do no fit online filing word for word, unfortunately.
 
Labeling hard copy photos on the back is for old fashioned handling, as small photos tend to fall out of folders, etc.  Imagine having a stack of folders on your desk and one photo on the floor.  With online, no worries about this.

There are people in the February thread getting approvals with their priority date being the end of February.

May 11th was the only date change.
Texas is currently processing Feb 29th, so hopefully see some movement in the next 2 weeks.

They'll ask you when you expect to have it, I imagine most people won't get it until they are there since it won't be useable.
I don't have plans to add my spouse until they're here. I'd be paying for something that can't be used.

I saw a few people say their online status didn't match their NOA service center.
My online status says this.

you will have to see if there's a service that can do this for you, it might vary by state, for instance in New York there's people/companies that can handle this for you, it will just be expensive.
It will need to be on record before they can do anything though, you might be able to search for this if they have a ecourt type of system.

they're currently looking at February so you should be (hopefully) hearing something in the coming weeks.
