  1. If your case is going to be denied it will get denied . Mandamus gets a quick decision . It does not guarantee approval Texas
  2. Hi all, ROC filed in December 2022 . my status today is approved - card production ordered Mandamus was filed in March 2023 -with a 90 day settlement and card production on June 22nd 2023
  3. i recommend sitting in basement and not come out until NOA arrives . just kidding Unless you are in the border states , state police will not ask for immigration status in most states. dont freak out that much. just file paper work on time
  4. you can buy the 2 way ticket if its cheaper. just forget about the return ticket once you land in US. not an issue. use skiplagged ( search on google) for cheaper tickets.
  5. uscis wants all criminal records whether some court expunged or not or the case vanished accidentally. you cannot decide that because your court expunged the records that means USCIS does not want them. sealed and expunged is irrelevant when it comes to USCIS. it matters to court or civil system but not to USCIS
  6. i think the idiots at USCIS are working backwards with sending out the 48 month extensions. like the new applicants are getting 48 months extensions before older applications. i doubt they have got to 2021 yet.. iam puzzled by them sending i-94 along with a letter. this is really new.. never heard about this.. may be you do have the 48 month extension letter in mail. who knows i beleive this is the new process https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-announces-additional-mail-delivery-process-for-receiving-adit-stamp
  7. why would ICE get involved unless he gets into trouble by himself . he entered legally and overstayed. it seems a straight up case unless he has trouble with law
  8. and what would you do say 2 years from now they find out and put your on fraud case and deport you back to italy . JUST DONT DO IT. if your marriage was in good faith , you should have no issues getting 751 approved.
  9. arent like 98% of them from india and china. i heard they have a 50 year backlog
  10. and why is that so..? there is no hard rule that n-400 delay cant be challenged. you cant challenge anything in the land of litigations
  11. why bother with two litigations when you can file wom for both i-751 and n-400 together. waste of time and resources doing it twice when you can do it one shot
  12. USCIS processing time are just as good as your trash is worth the price of gold. just saying those numbers are completely made up junk
  13. and people are believing that uscis processing times on uscis.gov are real.. may i got to sell ice bridge to eskimos
  14. i dont think - i dont remember answers will fit well with officers. there is absolutely no away you can forget things that happened in the last 10 years if they were true incidents. i suspect they found red flags on file when they reviewed his entire history during n-400 filing
  15. Yes you can file them together in one WOM if you have filed 751 and n-400 and both are pending
  16. not an issue. USCIS still has scanners from 1960's that scan every side
  17. how does ones signature change from Taco Bell to Mcdonald.. sounds like they suspect your marriage is sham.
  18. congrats. glad to see the quick results. mandamus works for now and is the most effective weapon
  19. i dont think they connect 751 with n-400 until n-400 reaches field office and the IO asks to pull the 751.. each field office is different.. its called government.. too big , too slow, too complex, no one cares
