    fly to Spain Get married in Spain and come back to usa File for CR1 visa. It will take 12-18 months She gets her CR1 visa . She lands in USA and becomes a green card holder/permanent resident on the day of arrival on US soil ESTA can be tried but as long as she tells the CBP / Border patrol the truth that she is entered the country to get married and adjust status .

    correct. OP has to maintain legal status until H1b kicks in and also has to get picked in H1b lottery . The only choice is enroll in college/university on F1 visa

    e-2 is a non immigrant visa in order to adjust status and get green card, you would need to find an employer who is willing to file green card via in Eb-1/2/3/4/5 categories
